The Coronavirus Disease 2021 or COVID-19 has affected almost all individuals around the globe. Consequently, Malaysia is one of the nations that has been facing tremendous changes in various sectors due to COVID-19. As the number of positive cases is on the rise, the Malaysian government has executed its National COVID-19 Immunization Program to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the severity of disease in case a vaccinated person is infected. However, there are also individuals who have contributed to vaccine refusal due to many factors including misinformation about vaccines, religious beliefs, lack of knowledge, and awareness. Therefore, this paper presents a combination of instructional design and cognitive load theory named CoLoMo model, to increase the awareness of COVID-19 among parents. The CoLoMo model is a theory for mobile application development involving three elements in mobile instruction design which include platform, design, accessibility, and design page. These elements have been chosen prior to the target users which are parents or adults. The three cognitive load theory types in this model are intrinsic, extraneous, and germane cognitive load. The combination of the mobile interaction design and cognitive load theory types will affect the user's cognitive performance which are concentration, learning capabilities and attributes. This paper also discusses the previous research on the implementation of cognitive load theory through mobile applications. However, these digital techniques like use of mobile apps have certain drawbacks and constrains. These could be addressed with the use of emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IoT). In healthcare, that is Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). A number of ongoing studies show that integrating security measures with technology will lead to the adoption of stable IoMT applications. Emerging IoMT technologies used in conjunction with Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data, provide feasible solutions. The paper focuses on IoMT models, innovations, and security progress made to tackle COVID-19 issues. This paper contains the bibliometric research highlighting the use of disruptive technology for the diagnosis of COVID-19. Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) is the buzzword of the day, affecting all aspects of human life. Academics are accountable for preparing potential employees who will need to be prepared for IR4.0 and beyond as society struggles to comprehend its implications. The application of technological improvements in teaching and learning can improve the teaching and learning process and pique learners' interest in the learning materials. 3D printing, augmented reality, virtual reality, cloud computing, hologram, biometrics, multi-touch LCD screen, internet of things, artificial intelligence, big data, and QR-code for educational purposes are among the technological breakthroughs in IR4.0 discussed in this paper. This paper examines construction technologies in the context of digitalization in the VUCA world, a dynamically changing stressful world that requires a quick response and adequate processing of impressive volumes of information. The restrictions introduced throughout the country in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic are shown, paralyzing the activities of many construction companies and organizations operating in the commercial real estate market. Last year the world faced the COVID-19 pandemic emergency and tried to fight the crisis with recent technology innovations and applications that have been developed. Those challenges arises the role of technology researchers and information systems in global pandemic. COVID 19 pandemic has shifted the way makerspace operationalize shifted from purely physical space into an online mode for design collaboration and also information dissemination. With the spirit of maker movement which emphasizes sharing, collaboration and making as the vital core of its operation while the online components of makerspace are the platform for design collaboration and innovation dissemination during the global pandemic and the future globalization of innovation. Due to the establishment and the technological advancement of the digital fabrication and open-source hardware and software which is available to the masses, online learning has been the main drive which shapes the way the online makerspace platform operationalize. While there are a lot of articles and research has been done on the sustainability and mechanism of the physical makerspace environment, there are lack of articles discussing the sustainability of the online components of makerspace. The objective of this paper is to review the operation of the online makerspace upon disseminating innovation and ideas.
