Introduction. The modern stage of education development brings to the fore an individual approach to students, which, of course, is facilitated by the organization of their project and research activities. The relevance of research activities is obvious, because it aims to acquire students’ functional research skills as a universal way of mastering reality. This is facilitated by increased motivation for learning activities and activation of the student’s personal position in the educational process, the basis of which is not only the acquisition of subjectively new, independently acquired knowledge that is new and personally significant for a particular student, but also their understanding of each stage of work based on reflection. Theoretical analysis The article presents the experience of systematic reflection on the process of scientific and research work organization of SSU undergraduates studying in the field of psychology and pedagogy when reflecting on their own potentials and significance of their research work as a mechanism of their activity manifestation. Developing potential of undergraduates‘ research work organization is revealed as strengthening their research work engagement and formation of their research position. Conclusion. Consideration of the problem of the organization of systemic reflection among undergraduates revealed increased activity and effectiveness both in research activities and when defending the final qualifying work.

Introduction: Insomnia is a condition that affects the quality of life of an individual. It is associated with a lack of sleep or interrupted sleep. If not managed, insomnia may end up causing conditions such as obesity, heart conditions, hypertension, and mental disorders. Lack of sleep is also associated with an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. There is, therefore, a need to develop a drug that manages insomnia with desirable clinical outcomes Methods: The canonical smiles of Zolpidem, Suvorexant, Ramelteon, and Triazolam were obtained from PubChem. The study used the online tool SwissSimilarity to identify structural analogs for Zolpidem, Suvorexant, Ramelteon, and Triazolam. The canonical smiles were copied to PubChem Sketcher were converted to a 2- dimensional (2D) format. The Avogadro was used to optimize the ligands. The respective receptors were obtained from the Protein Data Bank. Chimera was used to prepare the receptor and the docking, using AutoDock Vina. SwissADME and Protox server was used in the determination of the pharmacokinetics and toxicity profiles, respectively. Results: Docking scores, pharmacokinetics, and toxicity profiles of the analogs were recorded. Nine structural analogs from the ZINC database (ZINC000004222622, ZINC000003981996, ZINC000003825731, ZINC000000000903, ZINC000039247014, ZINC000010152022, ZINC000000347721, ZINC000065743121 ZINC000022054496) were found to have a better docking score, blood brain barrier permeability, Lipinski’s violations, synthesizability index, gastrointestinal tract absorption, p-glycoprotein substrate metabolism LD50 compared to the parent drug molecules. All the nine molecules had good synthesizability index, gastrointestinal absorption and zero Lipinski violations indicating good oral availability. Conclusions: Ramelteon analogs ZINC000004222622, ZINC000003981996, and ZINC000003825731, Triazolam drug-like molecules, ZINC000000000903, ZINC000039247014, ZINC000010152022, and ZINC000000347721 and Zolpidem drug-like molecules ZINC000065743121 and ZINC000022054496 were identified as the best compound bases on the pharmacokinetic binding to the respective receptors and toxicity profiles.

Abstract A novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), causing an emerging coronavirus disease (COVID-19), first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, which has taken a catastrophic turn with high toll rates in China and subsequently spreading across the globe. The rapid spread of this virus to more than 210 countries while affecting more than 25 million people and causing more than 843,000 human deaths, it has resulted in a pandemic situation in the world. The SARS-CoV-2 virus belongs to the genus Betacoronavirus, like MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV, all of which originated in bats. It is highly contagious, causing symptoms like fever, dyspnea, asthenia and pneumonia, thrombocytopenia, and the severely infected patients succumb to the disease. Coronaviruses (CoVs) among all known RNA viruses have the largest genomes ranging from 26 to 32 kb in length. Extensive research has been conducted to understand the molecular basis of the SARS-CoV-2 infection and evolution, develop effective therapeutics, antiviral drugs, and vaccines, and to design rapid and confirmatory viral diagnostics as well as adopt appropriate prevention and control strategies. To date, August 30, 2020, no effective, proven therapeutic antibodies or specific drugs, and vaccines have turned up. In this review article, we describe the underlying molecular organization and phylogenetic analysis of the coronaviruses, including the SARS-CoV-2, and recent advances in diagnosis and vaccine development in brief and focusing mainly on developing potential therapeutic options that can be explored to manage this pandemic virus infection, which would help in valid countering of COVID-19.

The Next Generation Science Standards present a way for engineering lessons to be formally integrated into elementary classrooms at a national level in the United States. Professional development programs are an important method for preparing teachers to enact the new engineering practices in their science classrooms. To better understand what contextual factors help a professional development program have a sustained effect on the implementation of engineering, we closely examined two elementary schools within the same school district that participated in the same professional development program but had very different outcomes in their lasting implementation of engineering. Using the case study method, we corroborate quantitative and qualitative sources of data measuring students' learning and attitudes; teachers' learning, attitudes, and implementation fidelity; perceived teacher community; and administrative support. Our analysis revealed that although the professional development program had district-level administrative support, there was considerable variation between schools in how teachers' perceived school level support. In addition, teachers at the sustaining school collaborated and co-taught with one another. Our findings support previous literature on the role of administrative support and teacher learning communities. We discuss practical ways that professional development programs can seek to foster a context which is supportive of sustaining curriculum change for engineering.

Hijab SMEs is one of the small enterprises driving the economy of Gresik. However, in its growth, they have not yet reached a significant target. This condition is due to lack awareness of SMEs actors in implementing science and technology transformation to manage and develop their businesses as causing less optimal of the business potentials. This study aims to discover how science and technology transformation is implemented by Hijab SMEs in Gresik. This study applied explanatory qualitative approach and employed 7 hijab craftsmen as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman techniques. The study found that only one of seven respondents well implemented science and technology transformation proved by marked as good in all aspects assessed (production, marketing, productivity, and networking). Further research is needed especially in employing appropriate methods to introduce science and technology transformation to Hijab SMEs actors.

In the article specificity of the subject-developing potential of high school in integrity sociocultural-focusing and personal-aligned constructs is proved. The basic priorities of the subject-developing potential of high school (sociocultural integrativity, sociality, antropotcentration, innovation, culturelogics) are characterized.

In a commercial oyster mushroom farm, fruiting body base (FBB) was not harvested compared to the common cap and stem of the fruiting body parts, and thus remained as waste. In the present study, unused FBB was powdered and subjected to proximate analysis as floured FBB (FFBB). FFBB was found to contain 71.2% carbohydrate, 8.93% moisture, 7.18% fibre, 5.72% ash, 5.57% protein, and 1.4% fat, while raw-FBB (RFBB) contained 7.57% carbohydrate, 84.4% moisture, 5.17% fibre, 5.72% ash, 1.54% protein, and 0.85% fat. The high carbohydrate content of FFBB was subjected to hot-water extraction and yielded 7.40 g of FFBB polysaccharide (FFBBP). Total phenolic content (TPC) of FFBBP contained 1.80 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/g, exhibiting the reducing activity of 1.74 mM Fe(II)/g by ferric reducing antioxidant power assay, and reduced the stable 2,2’-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate radical forms at IC50 of 25.08 mg/mL, which was comparable with other parts of oyster mushroom species. Different percentages of FFBB mixtures were utilized in the production of cookies (10% and 20%) and steamed buns (10%, 20% and 30%). Thirty-seven panellists were selected for sensory testing, which showed that 10% of FFBB in a steamed bun was more acceptable than 30% of FFBB, while the overall acceptance of cookies with 10% FBB was insignificant (p > 0.05) but 20% FFBB in cookies was significantly different from control (p < 0.05). This study indicates that potential value of FFBB as an economical antioxidative flour in the development of functional foods.

Objective: Tamoxifen is a widely used drug for breast cancer therapy; however, concerns and controversies regarding its efficiency arise as it induces various side effects, including endometrial cancer. This study aimed to assess the application of Oleosin as a potential protein carrier of Tamoxifen by evaluating the pharmacokinetic and pharmacological properties of Tamoxifen and determining its intermolecular interactions with Oleosin through in silico techniques., Methods: The pharmacokinetic and pharmacological properties of Tamoxifen were assessed by using predictive applications such as SwissADME, PaccMann, and Way2Drug. On the other hand, Oleosin does not have a crystal structure in PDB. Thus, homology modeling was done through SWISS-MODEL to obtain a structure. The interactions between Oleosin (Accession no.: AZZ09171.1) and Tamoxifen (PubChem ID: 2733526) were studied by performing molecular docking using AutoDock4 to determine their feasibility as breast cancer drug combinations., Result: The chosen structure of Oleosin from the homology modeling resulted in an RMSD of 1.80Å. Tamoxifen was predicted to have the highest activity in MCF7 cell lines, direct interaction with cytochrome enzymes, mediated interaction with estrogen receptors and tyrosine-protein kinase FYN, and low toxicity hazards based on the acute rat toxicity assay. It has lowest binding affinity of -5.26 kcal/mol. The hydrophobic (Ala106, Leu77, Ile80, Val84, and Tyr81) and electrically charged (Lys107 and Asp108) amino acids were critical in binding in the Oleosin-Tamoxifen-complex. Heatmap revealed that phenyl, ether, amine, and alkenyl are the functional groups involved in the receptor-ligand interactions., Conclusion: The application of Oleosin as a potential drug carrier was demonstrated by assessing the intermolecular interactions between the Tamoxifen and Oleosin through molecular docking. The properties of Tamoxifen revealed that the molecular targets impact the efficiency and the mechanism of action of the drug. This can also be the basis for investigating and determining the serious adverse effects induced by the drug.

The village as an area that rests on local potential always needs development in product innovation and a sustainable market. In the world of agriculture, digital technology has been developing from nurseries to post-harvest. Included in the integrated agricultural system from upstream to downstream. Integrated smart farming system as an agricultural system that combines all components needed in agriculture (include the digitalization) were attracting young farmer’s interest. This paper aims to describe an integrated agriculture model in Bali. The research was conducted by a descriptive analysis method of existing conditions. The results showed there was an upstream stage of agricultural development carried out through technology for seeding and breeding to produce more quality seedlings. The process involves young farmers who act as an organization that bridges farmers through funding for farmers, quality control, stock management, and farmer organizing. The downstream stage focuses on post-harvest processing, so farmers can sell their crops to market to meet retail and export needs. As the conclusion, the development of potential products through the use of the Integrated Smart Farming System can provide economic added value and encourage the economic growth of villages.

A study examined the mentorship experiences of three gifted underachieving male adolescents. Findings indicate that open-minded and nonjudgmental characteristics of the mentors were required to sustain an on-going relationship. A plan of strength- and interest-based strategies for intervention to reverse patterns of underachievement was implemented successfully in each case. (Contains extensive references.) (CR)

In northwest New South Wales (Australia), the Ngali Dhiirrali Project uses a "can-do" approach to talent development among gifted Aboriginal students, featuring identification of a wide range of student talents, provision of school support and enrichment programs (particularly outdoor "culture camps") by in-school mentors (teachers or Aboriginal teacher aides), and focus on cultural awareness. The present study was carried out at the Main Agricultural Research Station, Dharwad during kharif 2012. The experimental material comprised 45 Gossypium barbadense genotypes, which were evaluated for variability for yield and yield components to know the improvement made over commercial check (Suvin) and to identify lines suitable for development of inter specific hybrids. Out of 10 characters studied in 46 potential Barbadense lines, seed cotton yield, number of bolls per plant and number of monopodia per plant recorded high PCV and GCV indicating that substantial variability exists for these characters and also higher heritability was recorded for these characters. The mean performance of Barbadense genotypes indicated that YBD- 10 recorded the highest mean value for seed cotton yield followed by YB-IPS 14 andYBD-18. The genotypes YB-IPS 14, DBSI-75-10,1 and RHCB – 010 exhibited high fiber length and strength. The potential lines YB-IPS 14 and YB-IPS 25 are examples for blending of both yield and fiber quality.

The assumptions of “new social rehabilitation” presented in the paper are an opportunity to recover the humanist dimension of social rehabilitation activities, dominated by economic-formal-utilitarian thinking. They can certainly become the subject of many discussions in academic environments and among practitioners gathered in penitentiary establishments and institutions. These discussions can produce positive and tangible results in the form of not only deepening social rehabilitation thought and deeper reflection on the occurring crisis of change, not only in Polish social reality, but also abroad, and above all bring a real change to the existing social rehabilitation and educational doctrine, which we are all witnesses of, participants and perpetrators at the same time
