Abstract

Multi-site selection is a hot research issue for equipment manufacturing enterprises. With the development of smart industry, equipment manufacturing enterprises have entered the era of personalized and small batch manufacturing. Enterprises want to better meet customer needs and win competition, they must carry out scientific factory planning and site selection, so as to ensure quick response to the market. Based on this, this paper proposes a two-stage location selection model. Firstly, the method uses fuzzy numbers to express the demand size of demand points. Secondly, the distance factor is used as a criterion to select the candidate manufacturing bases with sufficient available resources. Next, the location model of enterprise manufacturing base is established which the goal of maximizing service efficiency and the constraints of time, cost and demand. Finally, a random numerical example is used to simulate the model, and lingo is used to solve it.

Abstract

Hepatic fibrosis is a crucial pathological process involved in the development of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) and may progress to liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Activated peripheral blood monocytes and intrahepatic macrophages further promote hepatic fibrogenesis by releasing proinflammatory and profibrogenic cytokines. The present study aimed to investigate the role of peripheral CD14+ monocytes and intrahepatic CD163+ macrophages in hepatitis C virus (HCV)-associated liver fibrosis and clarify whether serum soluble CD163 (sCD163) may serve as a fibrosis marker in patients with CHC. A total of 87 patients with CHC and 20 healthy controls were recruited. Serum sCD163 levels were measured by ELISA. Frequencies of peripheral CD14+ monocytes and inflammatory cytokines expressed by CD14+ monocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry. Abstract

This work presents the synthesis and characterization of a thiocyanato linked Co(II) coordination polymer [Co2L1(μ1,3-SCN)(η1SCN)]n (1) using potential multisite compartmental N,O donor Schiff base blocker ligand [N, N′-bis(3-methoxysalicylidenimino)-1,3-daminopropane] (H2L1) in presence of Co(OAc)2 and KSCN. The structural determination shows that complex 1 shows a 1D chain-like structure composed of binuclear {Co2} cluster-based unit. Furthermore, the nanoparticles of complex 1 were prepared by a green grinding approach, which has good water dispersibility. In addition, for nano 1, the treatment on the myocarditis induced by CVB3 virus was evaluated, and the mechanism was also discussed. Abstract

This work presents the synthesis and characterization of a dicyanamide‐bridged coordination polymer {[Co2(L)2(dca)2](H2O)}n (named complex 1 hereafter) by using the N,O‐donor Schiff base ligand 2‐(((E)‐2‐(((E)‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)amino)benzylidene)amino)phenol (H2L). Furthermore, the nanoparticles of complex 1 (denoted as nano 1 hereafter) were prepared using a green grinding approach, which has good water dispersibility. First, the coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) infection mice model was constructed successfully, and then, the nano 1 was used for treatment. Reverse transcription‐polymerase chain reaction (RT‐PCR) was performed to detect the CVB3 virus loading after nano 1 treatment. Besides, the left ventricular fractional shortening and the left ventricular ejection fraction were measured to evaluate the protective effect of nano 1 on cardiac functions. Abstract

Rationale: Rhizoma coptidis extract and its alkaloids show various pharmacological activities, but its metabolic profile in human plasma has not been thoroughly investigated. In the present research, the metabolism of Rhizoma coptidis at a clinical dose (5 g/60 kg/day) was systematically analyzed to determine its biotransformation processes in human plasma. Methods: In this research, the metabolites of Rhizoma coptidis in human plasma after oral administration of Rhizoma coptidis extract at a clinical dose were investigated using ultra- high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with high-resolution LTQ-Orbitrap mass spectrometry. The structural elucidation of the constituents was confirmed by comparing their retention times (tR) and MSn fragments with those of standards and literature reports. Results: In total, two prototypes and twelve metabolites were detected in human plasma. The two prototypes were confidently identified using reference standards. Of the compounds detected, M7 (berberrubinen-9-O-glucuronide) was the most abundant based on its peak area, which indicates that this compound might be a pharmacokinetic marker for Rhizoma coptidis alkaloids in humans. Based on the metabolites detected in human plasma, a possible metabolic pathway for Rhizoma coptidis in vivo was proposed. Conclusions: The results indicated that the alkaloids in Rhizoma coptidis were extensively biotransformed in vivo mainly via conjugation with glucuronic acid (GluA) or sulfuric acid (SulA) to form phase II metabolites, and the GluA metabolites are likely the dominant form in human plasma. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first in vivo evaluation of the metabolic profile of the whole Rhizoma coptidis extract in human plasma, which is essential for determining the chemicals responsible for the pharmacological activities of Rhizoma coptidis in vivo. Moreover, it would be beneficial for us to further systematically study the pharmacokinetic behavior of Rhizoma coptidis in humans. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

By planning and designing product according to the green product characteristics in the initial period of design and carrying on the effective evaluation to the green product project, it's the foundation and key to keep the product "the green" final characteristic. On the basis of giving the green product design concept and the design project evaluation index system, carrying a research on the evaluation procedure and method in green product design project, this paper describes a circulating evaluation procedure and method of embedding one-off hierarchical checking mechanism. Simultaneously puts forward the overall framework of software development, and laid important foundation on the software need to evaluate for the second development and practical application in manufacturing industry green product design.
