The landscape perception and identity of residents in traditional villages significantly influence their conservation behaviors and are affected by multiple factors. However, empirical studies on how residents’ perceptions of village landscapes influence their willingness to engage in conservation activities, particularly within the context of China, remain limited. This study, therefore, focuses on residents in the southeastern coastal region of China and, based on the Attitude-Behavior Theory framework, constructs a “Perceived Value – Place Identity–Behavioral Intention” model. Utilizing structural equation modeling, the study explores the mediating role and related characteristics of place identity between the perceived value of traditional village landscapes and residents’ behavioral intentions. The findings reveal that both landscape perceived value and place identity significantly impact residents’ behavioral intentions, with place identity mediating the effect of various dimensions of perceived value on residents’ behavioral intentions. The comprehensive path coefficient rankings are as follows: architectural landscape perception, layout landscape perception, cultural landscape perception, and environmental landscape perception. Additionally, residents’ demographic characteristics partially influence their attitude and behavior. This study validates the behavioral characteristics of residents in the conservation of traditional villages and highlights the critical role of the perception-identity link in promoting conservation behavior. These findings not only contribute to the knowledge system of residents’ attitudes and behaviors in traditional village conservation but also have significant implications for the targeted preservation and enhancement of village landscape elements.

Introduction Multimodal anticancer therapies greatly damage the fertility of breast cancer patients, which raises urgent demand for fertility preservation. The standard options for fertility preservation are oocyte and embryo cryopreservation; both require controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). However, there are safety concerns regarding breast cancer relapse due to the elevated serum estradiol levels during COH. Serum estradiol levels can be effectively decreased with the highly specific aromatase inhibitor letrozole. Letrozole is still uncommonly used during COH for fertility preservation, which has only been reported in a few studies, and the evidence of oocyte retrieval during ovarian stimulation and short-term safety from the perspective study is insufficient. As a result, this study will compare the efficacy of ovarian stimulation and the short-term safety of letrozole COH and non-letrozole COH protocols for preserving fertility in patients with breast cancer.Methods and analysis This is an open-label, multicentre RCT being conducted in five Chinese reproductive medical centres. 64 eligible patients diagnosed with breast cancer will be randomly assigned (1:1) to the letrozole or non-letrozole group during their COH cycles. The primary outcome is the number of mature oocytes. The secondary outcomes are the number of high-quality embryos, incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS) and recurrence rate of breast cancer.Ethics and dissemination Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital (KY-Q-2023-840-02). Written informed consent will be obtained from each participant. ABSTRACT Understanding the factors driving species coexistence and competition in the shrub layer of semi‐natural forests is crucial for effective forest management and conservation. However, there is limited knowledge about the interspecific associations of the main species in the shrub layer of Pinus massoniana communities in the semi‐natural forest of Sandu Gulf, Ningde, Fujian Province, China. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the influence of the abiotic environment on plant communities within the semi‐natural forest of P. massoniana on the islands of Sandu Gulf. By exploring these interspecific associations, we sought to provide a more accurate understanding of the causes and processes of species coexistence and competition. The ultimate goal of this project was to offer a reference basis for optimizing the shrub layer structure in P. massoniana (plantation) forests. We found that (1) Heptapleurum heptaphyllum was the most dominant species in the shrub layer, while Smilax china demonstrated the broadest range of environmental adaptability and correspondingly broader niche than other species. (2) Our analysis revealed a predominance of positive associations among the dominant species in the shrub layer. However, the overall association was not significant, with relatively small positive and negative associations between species pairs. The significant test rate was low, and the NRI exhibited a non‐significant aggregation. These findings suggest that the plant community in the shrub layer has not yet reached its most stable stage. (3) We also observed that the distribution of dominant species in the shrub layer was primarily affected by factors such as total potassium, pH, available potassium, and light (canopy density). (4) Soil pH value decreased gradually as sampling points moved inward away from the coastline, and island isolation, temperature, and precipitation indirectly affected the species' importance in the shrub layer. Considering the intense competition among the understory species, it is crucial for conservation efforts to prioritize species pairs with reduced ecological niche overlap or significant positive associations. This approach will effectively reduce competition and contribute to the maintenance of stability in the shrub layer. This study provides a theoretical basis for environmental and vegetation restoration, optimizing the species composition of island plantation forests, rationalizing plant composition, and implementing effective operation and management practices for local P. massoniana forests.

Abstract Background Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are usually selected to undergo an ovulation induction regimen or a programmed regimen for endometrial preparation in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) during their IVF/ICSI treatment. The programmed regimen permits flexible scheduling of embryo transfer but requires long-term usage of exogenous estrogen and higher dosages of luteal support while the letrozole ovulation regimen needs lower dosages of luteal support only. Recently, multiple studies have shown that the letrozole ovulation regimen can improve pregnancy outcomes of FET in women with PCOS compared with the programmed regimen. However, most of these studies are retrospective, and prospective studies are urgently needed the evidence from the perspective study is insufficient. Methods/design We are undertaking a multicentre, randomized, controlled clinical trial of an endometrial preparation regimen for FET in women with PCOS. The eligible women are randomly assigned to either the letrozole ovulation regimen or the programmed regimen for endometrial preparation. The primary outcome is the clinical pregnancy rate. Discussion The results of this study will provide evidence for whether the letrozole ovulation regimen for endometrial preparation could improve pregnancy outcomes in PCOS women undergoing FET. The color palette of traditional dwellings is intricately shaped by the characteristics of the geographical environment and the long-standing lifestyle of residents, thus constituting a vital component of rural culture. However, the rapid development in recent years has resulted in the dilapidation of rural features, including haphazard colors employed in buildings. With the advancement of science and technology, the studies of color have transitioned from a qualitative to a quantitative approach. Through a comprehensive comparison of RGB, HSB, CMYK, and Lab color spaces, as well as an evaluation of color card comparison method, software analysis method, and instrument measurement method; this paper reveals that employing the instrument measurement method in conjunction with the Lab color space enables independent assessment free from subjective influence. This approach facilitates more objective and accurate collection of color data while ensuring seamless and lossless transmission between devices. Therefore, to safeguard and enhance the authenticity of traditional dwellings and preserve the architectural style of traditional villages, this paper focuses on investigating the color palette of traditional dwellings in the Jianxi River Basin. The CM-700d spectrophotometer is employed for color data collection, while quantitative analysis is conducted using the Lab color space to unravel the color logics in this region. The findings reveal that earth yellow (average Lab (50.35,7.40,19.63)) constitutes the main color of rammed earth walls, complemented by dark brown (average Lab (38.72,2.97,8.58)) tiled roofs and gray-brown (average Lab (41.95,4.30,12.75)) stone wall bases as accent color; additionally, gray-yellow (average Lab (49 .82,1 .93,10.98)) brick gatehouses serve as accent colors. The integration between these colors and nature is harmonious; however, the absence of distinct color layers and highlights in the traditional dwellings necessitates incorporating bright architectural decorations along with arrangements of flowering plants. This paper conducted a quantitative analysis on the color of traditional dwellings with three main objectives. Firstly, to establish a comprehensive color database that can effectively preserve and promote regional traditional dwelling colors, while aiding designers in capturing regional color characteristics. Secondly, by collecting precise color data, this paper lays the groundwork for future applications of digital color technology. Lastly, it aims to explore the regional color logic and its potential integration with future studies on color evaluation to uncover preferred color combinations among the public for dwellings.

Understanding the distribution patterns and driving mechanisms of bamboo species diversity on islands is essential for advancing knowledge of island ecosystem processes and informing strategies for bamboo resource conservation and management. This study utilized standardized major axis regression (SMA) to assess the effects of island area and isolation on bamboo species across 30 islands in Fujian, China. Furthermore, a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) was constructed to explore the driving mechanisms underlying bamboo species richness. This analysis incorporated six key environmental factors—island size, isolation, shape, climate, development intensity, and habitat heterogeneity—spanning a total of 12 variables. The primary findings were as follows: (1) Eight genera and twenty-nine bamboo species were identified on Fujian islands. Species richness increased significantly with island area, consistent with the theory of area effects, while isolation had no significant impact on richness. (2) Different reproductive types exhibited distinct responses to environmental conditions. This was evident in the species–area relationship slopes (z-values): SR = 2.07; monopodial = 0.94; sympodial = 0.82; and polycyclic = 0.44. These variations highlight the ecological adaptability and functional traits of different reproductive strategies within island ecosystems. (3) Among the six environmental factors, island area exerted the greatest influence on species richness, underscoring its role as the primary driver of bamboo diversity and reproductive strategies. (4) Island area and isolation also impacted species richness indirectly through their effects on development intensity. In conclusion, the bamboo species richness and reproductive types on Fujian islands are primarily shaped by island area, followed by development intensity and habitat heterogeneity. In contrast, climate, island shape, and isolation play relatively minor roles. This study provides critical insights into the interplay of island area, isolation, shape, climate, development intensity, and habitat heterogeneity in shaping bamboo diversity. The findings offer a valuable foundation for bamboo resource conservation, island ecosystem management, and sustainable development.

Invasive alien plants (IAPs) pose a significant threat to island biodiversity and severely impact ecosystems. Understanding the species–area relationship and environmental determinants of growth forms for IAP species on subtropical islands is crucial for establishing an IAP’s early warning mechanism, enhancing island ecological management, and protecting the ecosystems of Fujian and other subtropical islands. The study identified significant species–area relationships for IAPs and different life-form plants (trees, shrubs, and herbs), with slopes of 0.27, 0.16, 0.15, and 0.24, respectively. The small island effect does not apply to all species. Isolation has little effect on species richness, and the IAPs on Fujian islands do not conform to the isolation effect in island biogeography. Landscape factors are the main determinants of IAPs and different life-form species richness, with area, shape index, and perimeter–area ratio being the three primary landscape factors. These environmental factors are closely related to habitat heterogeneity. Besides landscape factors, different life forms respond differently to environmental factors. Climate drives the species richness distribution of shrubs and herbs, while trees are mainly influenced by human activities. Overall, landscape, human disturbance, and climate jointly drive the distribution of IAPs, with landscape factors being the most significant.

Legionella is an aerobic, gram-negative, intracellular pathogen and is an important cause of community-acquired pneumonia. Legionella pneumophila is the most common causative agent of Legionella pneumonia. Clinical diagnosis of Legionella pneumonia is challenging due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and the low positive rates of conventional pathogen detection methods. In this study, we report a case of a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia who developed rigors and high fever after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Chest computed tomography revealed consolidation in the left lower lobe of the lung and ground-glass opacities in both lower lobes. Multiple blood cultures showed Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus licheniformis, and positive results in the β-D-glucan test (G test). The patient was treated with various sensitive antimicrobial agents, including meropenem plus fluconazole, meropenem plus carpofungin, and vancomycin. Unfortunately, the patient’s condition gradually worsened and eventually resulted in death. On the following day of death, metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) of 1whole blood revealed L. pneumophila pneumonia with concurrent bloodstream infection (blood mNGS reads 114,302). These findings suggest that when conventional empirical antimicrobial therapy proves ineffective for critically ill patients with pneumonia, the possibility of combined Legionella infection must be considered, and mNGS can provide a diagnostic tool in such cases.

Objectives: To evaluate the relationship between mannose-binding lectin (MBL) polymorphism and neonatal sepsis to provide ideas for early diagnosis and control of neonatal sepsis using meta-analysis. Methods: The China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, China Biological Medicine Disc, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases were electronically searched to collect studies on the association between the MBL gene variants and the risk of neonatal sepsis. Original articles from case-control and cohort studies on the relationship between MBL polymorphisms and neonatal sepsis were considered eligible. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 15.0 software. The chi-square-based Q test and I2 statistics were used to assess heterogeneity. Forest plots were used to display the results graphically. Potential publication bias was assessed using the Egger and Begg tests and funnel plots. Results: Twenty-two studies, including 4565 cases and 12,746 controls, were included in this meta-analysis. Meta-analysis showed a significant relationship between MBL rs1800450 (codon 54, G > A) and neonatal sepsis in the variant vs. wild types. However, the analysis showed MBL exon 1 gene polymorphism (A/O), MBL rs5030737 (codon 52, C > T), and rs1800451 (codon 57, G > A), involved in existing research, were not associated with the risk of sepsis in neonates. Conclusions: Current evidence shows that MBL rs1800450 is associated with neonatal culture-proven sepsis. Owing to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies, more high-quality studies are required to verify the above conclusion.

Michelia amoena Q.F.Zheng et M.M.Lin is classified in Magnoliaceae and has a high economic value. Herein, we report the complete chloroplast genome of M. amoena using Illumina sequence data. The chloroplast genome is 160,088 bp in length and contains a large single copy (LSC) region of 88,118 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18,798 bp separated by two inverted repeat (IR) regions of 26,586 bp each. It contained a total of 131 genes, with an overall GC content of 39.26%. The phylogenetic analysis showed that M. amoena is closely related to Michelia figo. This study provides important sequence information for species identification and its phylogenetic relationship in the Magnoliaceae.

Objectives: This study examined the dose-effect relationship of chitosan and danshen combined injections on the long-term prevention of fallopian tube re-obstructions, with increased pregnancy rates in infertile women.Methods: High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content changes of combined chitosan and danshen injection. Two hundred and eighty patients with fallopian tube obstructions were randomly assigned to four groups. Group A (control group, saline), Group B (2 ml chitosan, 4 ml danshen), Group C (2 ml chitosan, 10 ml danshen), and Group D (1 ml chitosan, 10 ml danshen). Injections were administered after tubal recanalization.Results: The effective constituent of chitosan and danshen injection was stable. Tubal patency rate was 94.2% and 87.3% in Group C after 1 and 3 years, respectively, which was significantly higher than Groups A (38.6%, 31.5%), B (73.5%, 64.1%), and D (68.5%, 50.7%). Intrauterine pregnancy rates were 61.8% and 79.4% in Group C after 1 and 3 years, respectively, and were significantly higher than Groups A (31.8%, 34.8%), B (40.1%, 62.5%), and D (38.5%, 58.5%) (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Combined Chitosan and danshen injections prevented tubal obstruction and increased pregnancy rates for long periods using an optimal ratio of 1 part chitosan and 5 parts danshen.

Casearia glomerata Roxb. is classified in Salicaceae and has a high economic value. Herein, we report the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of C. glomerata using Illumina sequence data. The cp genome is 156,809 bp in length and contains a large single-copy (LSC) region of 84,888 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 17,039 bp separated by two inverted repeat (IR) regions of 27,441 bp each. It contained a total of 123 genes, with an overall GC content of 36.81%. The phylogenetic analysis showed that C. glomerata is closely related to Casearia velutina. This study provides important sequence information for species identification and its phylogenetic relationship in the Salicaceae

Callicarpa siongsaiensis Metcalf is a drought resistance shrub with ornamental potential. In this study, Illumina sequencing data were used to assemble the complete chloroplast genome of Callicarpa siongsaiensis. The length of the circular genome is 154,144 bp. It contains a total of 130 genes, including 87 protein-coding, 36 tRNA, and seven rRNA genes. The GC content of the chloroplast genome of C. siongsaiensis is 38.09%. The phylogenetic analysis fully resolved C. siongsaiensis in a clade with C. formosana.

Abstract Background Primordial follicular depletion has thought to be a common adverse effect of chemotherapy especially for female of reproductive age. The study aimed to evaluate the protective effect of rapamycin on the primordial follicles and its potential mechanism for patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods 8-week old BALB/c female mice were randomly assigned into four groups (control; rapamycin; cyclophosphamide; and rapamycin combined with cyclophosphamide). Hematoxylin staining, immunohistochemical, TUNEL, western blotting and ELISA were employed to assess inter-group differences using Student’s t-test and Mann-Whitney test. Results Cyclophosphamide depleted the follicular reserve and induced the phosphorylation of the key proteins of PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in mice in a dose-dependent manner. The loess region is characterized by complex geomorphological patterns. This region is prone to frequent earthquakes with serious seismic landslide disasters. Loess seismic landslides are affected by a variety of factors, including the topography and geomorphology of loess slopes, stratigraphic lithology, dynamic responses, strength and dynamic characteristics of loess, and hydrogeological conditions. Current research on loess seismic landslides primarily involves laboratory experiments, physical and numerical simulations, field investigations, and remote sensing and monitoring techniques. The research focuses on the mechanisms, development characteristics, distribution, dynamic responses, and stability of loess seismic landslides. This paper reviews the current state of both domestic and international research on loess seismic landslides, introduces the pseudodynamic method that considers seismic wave propagation characteristics, and outlines future research prospects based on this method. By analyzing the mechanics mechanisms of loess seismic landslide, investigating the seismic liquefaction phenomena of loess landslides, and discussing the instability characteristics of these landslides, this study proposes a calculation method to accurately evaluate the stability of loess seismic landslides. China's rare and endangered bamboo species belonging to the Indocalamus genus, specifically Indocalamus decorus Q. H. Dai, Indocalamus hirsutissimus Z. P. Wang & P. X. Zhang, and Indocalamus pedalis (Keng) P. C. Keng, possess notable value in biodiversity conservation and have significant potential for use in landscape design. Using an enhanced MaxEnt model, this study forecasted shifts in the species' potential range under four separate climate scenarios (SSP1-RCP2.6, SSP2-RCP4.5, SSP3-RCP7.0, and SSP5-RCP8.5), considering both the historical period (1970–2000, referred to as "the current period") and upcoming timeframes (2021–2040, 2041–2060, 2061–2080, and 2081–2100). The analysis disclosed that the present total potential habitat area for these species is approximately 251.79 × 104 km2, with high, medium, and low suitability areas occupying 0.15 × 104 km2, 125.39 × 104 km2, and 126.26 × 104 km2, respectively. The minimum temperature of the coldest month emerged as the critical determinant of their potential habitat distribution. Expected climate changes are likely to increase the suitable habitat for these species, although areas with low suitability might slightly diminish, with Guizhou and Chongqing showing the least impact. The distribution centers of suitable habitats for the three plant species consistently exhibit a westward shift under various climate scenarios. These results contribute valuable insights for the spatial distribution, continuous monitoring, sustainable management, and ex situ conservation in response to climate change. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are usually selected to undergo an ovulation induction regimen or a programmed regimen for endometrial preparation in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) during their IVF/ICSI treatment. The programmed regimen permits flexible scheduling of embryo transfer but requires long-term usage of exogenous estrogen and higher dosages of luteal support while the letrozole ovulation regimen needs lower dosages of luteal support only. Recently, multiple studies have shown that the letrozole ovulation regimen can improve pregnancy outcomes of FET in women with PCOS compared with the programmed regimen. However, most of these studies are retrospective, and prospective studies are urgently needed the evidence from the perspective study is insufficient. Methods/design: We are undertaking a multicentre, randomized, controlled clinical trial of an endometrial preparation regimen for FET in women with PCOS. The eligible women are randomly assigned to either the letrozole ovulation regimen or the programmed regimen for endometrial preparation. The primary outcome is the clinical pregnancy rate. Discussion: The results of this study will provide evidence for whether the letrozole ovulation regimen for endometrial preparation could improve pregnancy outcomes in PCOS women undergoing FET. Plant invasions threaten the biodiversity of islands, causing serious impacts on their ecosystems. To investigate the distribution patterns of invasive alien plants on subtropical islands, the environmental determinants of species richness, and the growth forms of invasive alien plants, this study analyzed the composition and origin of invasive alien plants on 77 islands in Fujian. The similarity in the distribution of invasive alien plants between islands was assessed using the UPGMA. Moreover, feature selection, best-subset regression, and variance decomposition were performed using 19 environmental variables characterizing climate, anthropogenic disturbance, and landscape/geography, as well as the species richness and growth forms of invasive alien plants. Through the analysis, the main environmental factors affecting the species richness and growth forms of invasive alien plants on the Fujian islands were identified. The results showed 142 species of invasive alien plants in 38 families and 102 genera on 77 islands in Fujian. Annual herbs constituted the most representative growth form of invasive alien plants and tropical America was the main origin of invasive alien plants. The distribution of invasive alien plants across the 77 islands in Fujian showed a high degree of similarity, suggesting a nested pattern in their distribution. The proportions of building and farmland area (BFA), island area (A), and maximum elevation (ME) were the main driving factors of species richness and growth forms for invasive alien plants. In particular, BFA played a key role in driving plant invasion. The results of this study can help establish an early warning mechanism for invasive alien plants and better implement island ecological management, which are important for the protection of subtropical island ecosystems. Traditional villages are the common historical and cultural heritage of all mankind. With the intensification of urbanization, the continuation of traditional villages and the inheritance of historical and cultural heritage are facing risks. The research on the driving factors affecting the spatial distribution characteristics, heterogeneity and human land interaction of traditional villages provides a new idea for the protection of traditional villages. This study takes 137 traditional villages in Puxian area, a typical cultural area in the southeast coast, as the research object, analyzes the spatial distribution pattern of traditional villages by using spatial analysis method, and selects 13 factors to analyze the main driving forces and interaction mechanisms through geographical detectors. The results show that: (1) Puxian traditional villages are clustered and distributed, and the distribution among counties is uneven, mainly in the state of "one cluster and many scattered points" with more coastal areas and less mountainous areas. (2) Puxian traditional villages are mainly affected by many factors such as nature, space, society and culture. They are more densely distributed in areas with rich cultural heritage, fertile land, flat terrain, suitable climate, close to water systems, developed transportation, backward economy and dense population. (3) Cultural factors are the primary factors affecting the spatial distribution of traditional villages, the order of driving factors' explanatory power is: intangible cultural heritage (0.5160) > protected cultural relic units (0.3591) > distance from railway (0.3255) > night light remote sensing (0.3179) > elevation (0.3012) > population density (0.2671) > slope (0.2032) > soil type (0.1804) > precipitation (0.1750) > temperature (0.1744) > land use (0.1492) > distance from river (0.0691)>distance from highway (0.0530). The interaction of intangible cultural heritage, protected cultural relic units and distance from the railway is the dominant factor for the spatial differentiation of traditional villages. Among them, the interaction of intangible cultural heritage∩distance from the railway is the strongest, and the q-value is 0.79, which proves that the interpretation ability of the two factor model is much higher than that of the single factor model. The results of this study reflect that traditional villages and nature, space, society and culture are interdependent, so the protection of traditional villages should be adapted to local conditions. National Forest Villages in China are village types with significant environmental resources and cultural landscapes that play a vital role in ecological conservation, tourism development, territorial planning, and other elements. Understanding tourists' landscape perception preferences is important to the long-term development of their landscape systems. Using Xidi village from the second batch of National Forest Villages as a research case, we gathered the evaluation digital footprints of visitors to the village with Python (version 3.12.0) and then used the ROST CM6 software and the semantic network analysis method to sort out the general characteristics of visitors' perceptions of the village's landscape. Finally, we constructed a multidimensional landscape perception model by studying precise details of passengers' views of Xidi village on four dimensions: natural landscape, humanistic landscape, landscape environmental atmosphere, and emotional state. The findings show that travelers' perceptions of Xidi village's landscape primarily focus on scenery, architecture, and culture, with the humanistic landscape having the strongest degree of perception, the landscape environment atmosphere having the middle degree of perception, and the natural landscape having a weaker degree of perception. Most travelers have positive emotions, and commercialization and homogenization are negative factors that trigger negative emotions. High-resolution image segmentation for landscape applications has garnered significant attention, particularly in the context of ultra-high-resolution (UHR) imagery. Current segmentation methodologies partition UHR images into standard patches for multiscale local segmentation and hierarchical reasoning. This creates a pressing dilemma, where the trade-off between memory efficiency and segmentation quality becomes increasingly evident. This paper introduces the Multilevel Contexts Weighted Coupling Transformer (WCTNet) for UHR segmentation. This framework comprises the Mult-level Feature Weighting (MFW) module and Token-based Transformer (TT) designed to weigh and couple multilevel semantic contexts. First, we analyze the multilevel semantics within a local patch without image-level contextual reasoning. It avoids complex image-level contextual associations and eliminates the misleading information carried. Second, MFW is developed to weigh shallow and deep features for enhancing object-related attention at different grain sizes from multilevel semantics. Third, the TT module is introduced to couple multilevel semantic contexts and transform them into semantic tokens using spatial attention. Then, we can capture token interactions and obtain clearer local representations. The suggested contextual weighting and coupling of single-scale patches empower WCTNet to maintain a well-balanced relationship between accuracy and computational overhead. With adequate specific surface area and adjustable pore structure, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have raised concerns over super-capacitor development. However, its practical application in supercapacitors was limited by the restricted electroactive sites and poor stability. This paper proposes a simple one-step solvothermal method to synthesize a hollow spherical NiCoMn-MOF. The formed hollow structure is conducive to electrolyte permeation and electron/ion transport. In addition, the as-prepared NiCoMn-MOF exhibit a clear synergy between transition metal ions, which contributes to enhanced electrochemical performance. The advantageous structure and composition make the resulting Ni3Co1Mn0.5-MOF displays a superior specific capacitance of 572 C g−1 (1 A g−1) and excellent cycling stability with 84.05% of the original specific capacitance retained after 5000 charge–discharge cycles. Moreover, an asymmetric supercapacitor assembled with Ni3Co1Mn0.5-MOF and activated carbon demonstrates a good specific capacitance of 188.7 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 and a high energy density of 66.75 Wh kg−1 at a power density of 791.65 W kg−1. Based on computerized tomography scanning images of human lumbar vertebrae, finite element (FE) analysis is performed to predict the stress of pedicle screws, rods, and fractured vertebra as well as the displacement of fractured vertebra after internal fixation treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture. A three‐dimensional FE model of L1–L5 lumbar vertebrae with L3 burst fracture has been established and four fixation methods, namely, short segment cross‐ and trans‐injured vertebrae, long segment cross‐ and trans‐injured vertebrae fixations, have been adopted to perform posterior pedicle fixation. The stress distributions of the screws, rods, and fractured vertebra and the total deformation of the fractured vertebra are investigated under six different physiological motions. From the view of the stress on the screw‐rod system and the deformation of the fractured vertebral body, the long segment cross‐injured vertebra fixation has the best mechanical performance, followed by the long segment trans‐injured vertebra fixation, and then the short segment fixation trans‐injured vertebra. The short segment fixation cross‐injured vertebra performs the worst. Among the six motions, the forward flexion movement has the greatest impact on the screw‐rod system and the fractured vertebra. However, the rotation motion greatly affects the stress of the screw in the long segment fixation. This indicates that the longer the fixed segment is, the more susceptible it is to human rotation. Thus, for patients with severe fracture, the long segment cross‐injured vertebra is preferred. On the contrary, the short segment trans‐injured vertebra fixation is optimal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A soft template and hydrothermal method are used to prepare NiCo2S4 nanocone arrays/P‐doped hollow carbon nanospheres (NCS NCAs/PHCS). PHCS is loaded with a large number of vertically grown NCS NCAs on the surface due to phosphorus doping. PHCS is an excellent conductive base material and it can effectively alleviate the structural collapse of NCS NCAs during charging and discharging because of its hollow structure. NCS NCAs with lots of active sites provide fast diffusion channels and excellent electron transmission channels. The synergistic effect between NCS NCAs and PHCS causes the electrode material to show excellent electrochemical properties, such as high specific capacitance (761 C ⋅ g−1 at 1 A ⋅ g−1) and excellent cycle stability (the capacitance retention rate is 88.6 % after 10, 000 cycles at 20 A ⋅ g−1). The NCS NCAs/PHCS composite is also assembled with PHCS as an asymmetric supercapacitor. It shows a remarkable energy density of 46.5 Wh ⋅ kg−1 at the power density of 777.5 W ⋅ kg−1. Objectives: This study examined the dose-effect relationship of chitosan and danshen combined injections on the long-term prevention of fallopian tube re-obstructions, with increased pregnancy rates in infertile women. Methods: High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content changes of combined chitosan and danshen injection. Two hundred and eighty patients with fallopian tube obstructions were randomly assigned to four groups. Group A (control group, saline), Group B (2 ml chitosan, 4 ml danshen), Group C (2 ml chitosan, 10 ml danshen), and Group D (1 ml chitosan, 10 ml danshen). Injections were administered after tubal recanalization. Results: The effective constituent of chitosan and danshen injection was stable. Tubal patency rate was 94.2% and 87.3% in Group C after 1 and 3 years, respectively, which was significantly higher than Groups A (38.6%, 31.5%), B (73.5%, 64.1%), and D (68.5%, 50.7%). Intrauterine pregnancy rates were 61.8% and 79.4% in Group C after 1 and 3 years, respectively, and were significantly higher than Groups A (31.8%, 34.8%), B (40.1%, 62.5%), and D (38.5%, 58.5%) (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Combined Chitosan and danshen injections prevented tubal obstruction and increased pregnancy rates for long periods using an optimal ratio of 1 part chitosan and 5 parts danshen.
