Subject matter. This article presents the development and architecture of an automated program complex designed to identify and analyze malicious executable files using a classifier based on a multiple kernel support vector machine (SVM). Goal. The aim of the work is to create an automated system that enhances the accuracy and efficiency of malware detection by combining static and dynamic analysis into a single framework capable of processing large volumes of data with optimal time expenditure. Tasks. To achieve this goal, tasks were carried out that included developing a program complex that automates the collection of static and dynamic data from executable files using tools like IDA Pro, IDAPython, and Drakvuf; integrating a multiple kernel SVM classifier to analyze the collected heterogeneous data; validating the system's effectiveness based on a substantial dataset containing 1,389 executable samples; and demonstrating the system's scalability and practical applicability in real-world conditions. Methods. The methods involved a hybrid approach that combines static analysis – extracting byte code, disassembled instructions, and control flow graphs using IDA Pro and IDAPython – with dynamic analysis, which entails monitoring real-time behavior using Drakvuf. The multiple kernel SVM classifier integrates different data representations using various kernels, allowing for both linear and nonlinear relationships to be considered in the classification process. Results. The results of the study show that the system achieves a high level of accuracy and completeness, as evidenced by key performance metrics such as an F-score of 0.93 and ROC AUC and PR AUC values. The automated program complex reduces the analysis time of a single file from an average of 11 minutes to approximately 5 minutes, effectively doubling the throughput compared to previous methods. This significant reduction in processing time is critically important for deployment in environments where rapid and accurate malware detection is necessary. Furthermore, the system's scalability allows for efficient processing of large data volumes, making it suitable for real-world applications. Conclusions. In conclusion, the automated program complex developed in this study demonstrates significant improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of malware detection. By integrating multiple kernel SVM classification with static and dynamic analysis, the system shows potential for real-time malware detection and analysis. Its scalability and practical applicability indicate that it could become an important tool in combating modern cyber threats, providing organizations with an effective means to enhance their cybersecurity.

Background: The dermatologist widely uses digital dermoscopy for the detection of melanoma. The accurate detection of melanoma by clinicians is subjective and further depends on their experience. Fully automated computer-aided diagnosis systems are necessary to eliminate the inter-operator variability inherent in the personal analysis of dermoscopy images.Objective: Automated skin lesion classification is challenging because of the fine-grained difference in the appearance of these lesions on the skin surface. Deep convolutional neural network (CNN) have shown great separability across many fine-grained object classes.Methods: This article presents two novel hybrid CNN models with an SVM classifier at the output layer for classifying dermoscopy images into either benign or melanoma lesions. The features extracted by the first CNN and second CNN models are concatenated and fed to the SVM classifier for classification. The labels obtained from an expert dermatologist are used as a reference to evaluate the performance of the proposed model.Results: The proposed models displayed better results over the state-of-the-art CNN models on the publicly available ISBI 2016 dataset. The proposed models achieved 88.02% and 87.43% accuracy, which remain higher than the traditional CNN models.Conclusions: The proposed framework could attain considerable improvement in accuracy to classify dermoscopy images.

Purpose: In contemporary time, breast cancer has been extensively found among women at a global rate of 24.2% as of 2018. This exposes the significant and imperative need for detecting masses and micro calcifications in the breast to avoid death rates. The existing histopathological images have gained a golden standard considering they would afford reliable results. However, these images have been entangled with various complexities including insufficient image contrast, noise, and misdiagnosis. These pitfalls might negatively impact the detection rate for which automatic recognition has become vital. With the momentous evolvement of Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL), various researchers have endeavoured to consider ML and DL for accomplishing this prediction. However, they need to improve in accuracy rate due to ineffective feature extraction, and most studies averted to consider segmentation. Hence, this study regards accomplishing a high classification and segmentation process. Materials and Methods: The study proposes Modified Weight Updated Convolutional Block-U-Net (MWu-Conv-U-Net) to handle the image dimensions optimally. In this case, U-Net based model is regarded by improvising it with the inclusion of an additional convolutional layer in individual encoder-decoder. Further, the study proposes an Optimized Weight Updated eXtreme Gradient Boosting-Support Vector Machine (OWu-XGBoost-SVM) for determining the optimal gradient, which would eventually enhance the prediction rate. Results: The overall performance is assessed through performance metrics to confirm its effectiveness in classifying and segmenting the Breast Cancer Histopathological (BACH) image dataset. Comparison is undertaken with conventional systems in accordance with metrics (recall, F1-score, precision, and accuracy). The results revealed the efficacy of the proposed system with 99% accuracy, 99% F1-score, 99% precision, and 99% recall. Conclusion: High accuracy procured through the analysis reveals its efficacy and hence it could be applicable for real-time execution for assisting medical experts in early breast cancer prognosis.

In cloud computing Resource allocation is a very complex task. Handling the customer demand makes the challenges of on-demand resource allocation. Many challenges are faced by conventional methods for resource allocation in order tomeet the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of users. For solving the about said problems a new method was implemented with the utility of machine learning framework of resource allocation by utilizing the cloud computing technique was taken in to an account in this research work. The accuracy in the machine learning algorithm can be improved by introducing Bat Algorithm with feature selection (BFS) in the proposed work, this further reduces the inappropriate features from the data. The similarities that were hidden can be demoralized by the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier which is also determine the subspace vector and then a new feature vector can be predicted by using SVM. For an unexpected circumstance SVM model can make a resource allocation decision. The efficiency of proposed SVM classifier of resource allocation can be highlighted by using a singlecell multiuser massive Multiple-Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system, with beam allocation problem as an example. This study investigates the application of Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers in conjunction with Hu Moments for the purpose of classifying segmented images of vegetables, specifically Broccoli, Cabbage, and Cauliflower. Utilizing a dataset comprising segmented vegetable images, this research employs the Canny method for image segmentation and Hu Moments for feature extraction to prepare the data for classification. Through the implementation of a 5-fold cross-validation technique, the performance of the SVM classifier was thoroughly evaluated, revealing moderate accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-scores across all folds. The findings highlight the classifier's potential in distinguishing between different vegetable types, albeit with identified areas for improvement. This research contributes to the growing field of agricultural automation by demonstrating the feasibility of using SVM classifiers and image processing techniques for the task of vegetable identification. The moderate performance metrics emphasize the need for further optimization in feature extraction and classifier tuning to enhance classification accuracy. Future recommendations include exploring alternative machine learning algorithms, advanced feature extraction methods, and expanding the dataset to improve the classifier's robustness and applicability in agricultural settings. This study lays a foundation for future advancements in automated vegetable sorting and quality control, offering insights that could lead to more efficient agricultural practices.
