Aim: to verify new techniques for human cadaveric vascular allografts cryopreservation, thawing and sterilization for the tissue engineering purposes. We use polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a well-known, promising coolant. This allowed us to completely omit any cryoprotective or vitrifying solutions. Using of PDMS also makes possible an applying these allografts directly after freezing and decellularization and also it will also provide an opportunity to develop secure protocols of tissue— engineered vascular conduits cryopreservation. Matherial and methods. After mathematical modeling of cooling process and its validation the experiment for sealed (isolated) freezing at low temperature conditions of 30 femoral arterial segments has been conducted. The segments were at least 10 cm in length and taken from 15 cadaveric donors in the age of 65-85 years. The freezing process was carried out using the abovementioned coolant— PDMS, and then physico-mechanical properties of these allografts were evaluated with the special Instron machine. According to the results obtained, a modeling of their sterilization conditions was conducted (the grafts were freezed). Results. By physico-mechanical properties validation and restricted histological analysis it was shown that there was an accordance between freezed/thawed allografts properties and native vessels. Conclusion. The abovementioned approach for allografts cryopreservation and thawing was efficient enough for further work in this direction.

The comprehensive synthesis of the existing literature presented here emphasizes the promising trajectory of individualized approaches facilitated by 3D printing, promising a future where tailored interventions based on precise anatomical considerations become standard practice in cardiovascular care. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the component materials of bioprosthetic heart valves presented in clinical practice in Russia were obtained and generalized for subsequent adaptation of the properties for numerical modeling problems. It was shown that all materials studied have pronounced nonlinearity and can be represented only in the form of polynomial models. A comparison of the results of computer modeling based on the obtained material coefficients did not demonstrate any differences with the data of full-scale bench tests, which made it possible to verify the computer models. Personalized surgery is not just a new trend but rather a patient-specific approach to therapy that makes it possible to adopt a targeted approach for a specific patient and closely mirrors the approach of personalized medicine. However, the application of tailored surgery in the context of cardiovascular replacement surgery has not been systematically reviewed. The ability to customize a device is highly dependent on the collection of radiological image data for precise prosthesis modeling. These facts are essential to "tailor-made" device design for precise prosthesis implantation. According to this study, computed tomography (CT) was the most prominent imaging modality; however, transesophageal echocardiography and echocardiography were also found to be helpful. Additionally, a dynamic finite element simulation was also found to be an attractive alternative to the finite element analysis for an in-silico experiment. Nonetheless, there is a paucity of relevant publications and only sporadic evidence. More clinical studies have been warranted, notwithstanding that the derived data and results from this insight into the use of therapeutic interventions may be evidence of multiple directives in clinical practices and beyond. Photomatrix therapeutic systems (PMTS) are widely used for the tasks of preventive, stimulating and rehabilitation medicine. They consist of low-intensity light-emitting diodes (LEDs) having the quasi-monochromatic irradiation properties. Depending on the LED matrix structures, PMTS are intended to be used for local and large areas of bio-objects. However, in the case of non-uniform irradiation of biological tissues, there is a risk of an inadequate physiological response to this type of exposure. The proposed approach considers a novel technique for designing this type of biomedical technical systems, which use the capabilities of stochastic algorithms for LED switching. As a result, the use of stochastic photomatrix systems based on the technology of uniform twisting generation of random variables significantly expands the possibilities of their medical application.
