Drawing from self‐regulation theory and self‐identity orientation theory, this study examines the effects of experiencing different high‐performance work systems (HPWS) on the organisational citizenship behaviours of employees. Using a sample of 271 employees in China, we found that firstly, emotional exhaustion mediated the relationship between performance‐oriented/maintenance‐oriented human resource (HR) systems and helping/voice. Secondly, both relational identity and collective identity moderated the relationship between performance‐oriented HR systems and emotional exhaustion. Thirdly, both relational identity and collective identity moderated the indirect effect of performance‐oriented HR systems on helping through emotional exhaustion. Fourthly, both relational identity and collective identity moderated the indirect effect of performance‐oriented HR systems on voice through emotional exhaustion. Fifthly, individual identity moderated the relationship between emotional exhaustion and helping/voice. Finally, individual identity moderated the indirect effect of performance‐oriented HR systems on helping/voice through emotional exhaustion, as well as the indirect effect of maintenance‐oriented HR systems on helping/voice through emotional exhaustion. Our findings provide a balanced view of the effects of HPWS on employees' outcomes and reveal the underlying mechanisms driving these relationships. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Literature Review of the Implementation of Solid-State Drive on User Experience and User Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research within the scope of Management Information Systems. This literature review article uses the library research method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Solid State Drive affects User Experience; 2) Solid State Drives affect User Satisfaction; 3) User Experience influences User Satisfaction. Intimate communication between mother and child is very important for optimal and mature child development in the future. This communication can be built when the mother as the main actor in child care takes enough time to involve in various activities carried out and needed by the child in its development. Nowadays, the existence of a corona pandemic requires everyone to stay at home, no exception for mothers who usually work in the office. Thus, this condition has an important role in fostering intimate communication between mother and child. This study aims at determining various activities that can be carried out by mothers and children while they are at home and the implementation of these activities so that the intimacy of mother and child communication that was constrained could be reawakened. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The stages include condition analysis, literature review, research instrument making, google form creation, data processing, soliciting responses, writing reports, and conclusions. The results of the study showed that most respondents engaged in reading and playing activities with their children at home. Those two activities were made to vary according to the interests and development of the children. Reading and playing activities required mothers to be creative, innovative, and directly involved in children's activities. This has an impact on the rebuilding of intimacy communication between mother and child. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
