Abstract

This work studied the influence of thermomechanical treatment on the mechanical properties, structure, and crystallization of the Zr65.5Ni16Cu8.5Al10 metallic glass alloy. It established that thermomechanical treatment significantly affects the mechanical properties of the alloy while maintaining its amorphous structure due to the formation of regions of chemical inhomogeneity in the amorphous matrix. In addition, shear deformation affects the initial crystallization of the alloy. As a result, there is a transition from one-stage crystallization to two-stage crystallization with a strain increase. Abstract

In this paper, we studied the metal glass composition (Zr0,5Cu0,5)90-xAl10Mnx, where x = 0,5; 1; 2, obtained by ultrafast hardening on a rotating copper disk. The influence of manganese additive on the electrical and thermal properties of the studied alloys was determined. The significant influence of manganese addition on the alloy strain sensitivity coefficient is shown. The influence of relaxation annealing on the thermal stability of the properties of the studied alloys is analyzed. В работе исследовались металлические стекла состава (Zr0,5Cu0,5)90-xAl10Mnx, где х = 0,5; 1; 2, полученные методом сверхбыстрой закалки на вращающийся медный диск. Определено влияние добавки марганца на электрические и термические свойства исследуемых сплавов. Показано существенное влияние добавки марганца на коэффициент тензочувствительности сплава. Проанализировано влияние релаксационного отжига на термическую стабильность свойств исследуемых сплавов.
