Introduction: The level of professional satisfaction in teachers is an important issue in terms of high work motivation and employee performance. In addition, high professional satisfaction is a factor that contributes to teachers' more positive approach to the education process. Methods: This study aims to examine the teaching-learning conceptions and professional satisfaction levels of physical education teachers. A total of 310 physical education teachers, 129 female and 181 male, working in primary and high schools participated in the study. A relational scanning model was used in this research. The Teaching and Learning Conceptions Scale and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tools. Results: It has been observed that there is a positive relationship between teachers' understanding of teaching-learning and their level of professional satisfaction. Discussion: The constructivist understanding levels of the teachers participating in the research regarding the teaching-learning process were high, while their traditional understanding levels were below the medium level. Limitations: This research was limited to 310 physical education teachers working at different education levels. Conclusions: It can be said that the teaching-learning understanding of physical education teachers is a determinant of professional satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the Professional satisfaction and organizational identification of football referees within the Turkish Football Federation and to explore the relationship between these concepts. The research employed a descriptive survey model, sampling 151 referees (129 males, 22 females) from the Black Sea region. The "Professional Pleasure Scale for Referees" (OHSR) developed by Karaçam and Pulur (2018) and the "Organizational Identification Scale" (OAS) created by Mael and Ashforth (1992), which was adapted into Turkish by Tak and Aydemir (2004), were utilized for data collection. The statistical analyses conducted comprised One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis H, and Spearman Correlation. The findings demonstrate higher levels of professional satisfaction and organizational identification among referees. A statistically significant and positive relationship was identified between these two variables (p < 0.05). Further analysis indicated that male referees exhibited significantly higher levels of organizational identification in comparison to their female counterparts, whereas no significant differences in professional satisfaction were observed between genders. Referees holding a bachelor's degree demonstrated greater professional satisfaction than their counterparts with associate or postgraduate degrees. Class A referees exhibited a greater level of organizational identification compared to those in lower classifications. Referees who expressed contentment with their assignment frequency and income levels indicated a significant increase in professional satisfaction and organizational identification. The findings indicate that demographic and professional factors, including gender, education level, classification, and income satisfaction, have a significant impact on referees' professional satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study emphasizes the necessity for customized interventions to improve referees' work experiences, indicating that enhanced training and support systems may significantly influence their satisfaction and professional identity.

Teachers' professional satisfaction promotes students' educational success. Studies have shown that teaching in a context of high cultural diversity may affect teachers' level of satisfaction (e.g., satisfaction with students, perceived warmth in the teacher-student relationship, sense of efficacy). This longitudinal study conducted among 69 Canadian elementary school teachers found that those who reported more openness to their students' cultural diversity presented a more positive perception of students and reported greater warmth in their relationships with students but experienced a lower sense of professional efficacy. This study highlights the importance of teachers' openness to cultural diversity, an understudied variable.

PurposeThis study investigates the relationship between audiologists' personality traits and professional satisfaction.DesignBig Five-50 Personality Traits and Professional Satisfaction Scale was used to examine the relationship between audiologists' personality traits and professional satisfaction. Statistical analyzes were performed with SPSS and AMOS programs.Study exampleThis study examines 167 audiologists who completed a minimum of an undergraduate program in audiology before the professional field.ResultsThe results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that both scales are reliable and valid. There is a significant relationship between extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and emotional stability and occupational satisfaction. However, there is no significant relationship between intelligence/imagination and professional satisfaction.ConclusionsExtraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability/neuroticism affect job satisfaction. Understanding these dynamics can inform strategies that will increase the professional wellbeing and productivity of audiologists.

Teachers are doing their job despite notoriously low pay, and the extrinsic and intrinsic factors that keep them in the profession are the subject of national and international research. In the present study, we investigate the subjective sense of professional success of teachers in secondary vocational education in the light of the type of institution in which they teach. Their questionnaire survey was carried out online (N=166) during the pandemic period, having been adapted to the situation. We wanted to assess factors of their sense of professional success, which are partly related to the classical role of a teacher, such as knowledge transfer, education of or cooperation with other actors in education, but also to hypothetical factors such as self-training and creativity. Our hypothesis that the prestige of the institution type and the professional satisfaction of the teacher are related was not confirmed, but the identified factors played a different role to varying degrees.

Background: Cleft lip and palate are the most common congenital craniofacial anomalies. They account for approximately 13% of all congenital anomalies. Objectives: To study the presentation of cleft lip and the early results of surgical repair among patients who presented to our centers. Methods: This was a hospital-based prospective cohort study of 72 patients who underwent cleft lip repair in Sudan. Results: The commonest age group was between 10–18 months. The male-to-female ratio was 2:1, and a family history of cleft lip was found in 2.8% of patients. The cleft lip was complete in 81.9%, incomplete in 12.5%, and hybrid in 5.6% of patients. Associated cleft palate was observed in 54 patients. Associated syndromes were found in 10 patients. The surgery was carried out in most patients at 9 months or less; in 4 patients, it was more than 18 months. Achievement of reasonable lip repair was moderate (50% collectively). High achievement was observed for criteria, such as accurate union (90.3%), and sub-moderate achievement in even vermillion border and cupid's bow (44%), low nose symmetry (30.6%), and quality of scar (18.1%). Early complications were reported at the rate of 13.9%. Patient satisfaction was 59.7%; however, the professionals showed higher satisfaction levels (66.7%). The anthropometric measurements of normal infants were moderately similar to those of the infants who underwent surgery. Conclusion: The patients with cleft lip showed early presentation, with a predominance of the male gender and left side pattern. The preliminary outcome of cleft lip repair was moderate, with variations in different criteria. Patient and professional satisfaction were above average.

Pharmacists, essential healthcare providers, face significant challenges in professional satisfaction and well-being. This study investigates the factors influencing pharmacists’ professional satisfaction, mainly focusing on workload, organizational support, job autonomy, work–life balance, and resilience against burnout. Data were collected from relevant online forums on Facebook and Reddit using a netnographic methodology. The data were anonymized and thematically coded to identify key themes from 23 conversation threads, primarily involving or concerning Romanian pharmacists. The analysis revealed several critical issues: widespread dissatisfaction with salaries, challenges in professional recognition, and the demanding nature of university education. Additional themes included economic and financial insights, global trends and technological impacts, personal experiences and satisfaction, professional growth and education, regulatory and market environment, and workplace dynamics. Findings indicate these factors significantly impact pharmacists’ job satisfaction and overall well-being. The study concludes that addressing these issues through targeted interventions, such as policy reforms, educational updates, and enhanced organizational support, can improve the professional lives of pharmacists, thereby enhancing their contributions to healthcare outcomes.

The objective of this research was to identify the relationships between the variables of job satisfaction, professional satisfaction, distributed leadership, and the perception of insecurity in academics at five universities located in the state of Guanajuato. The research was of a non-experimental type and, according to its temporality, cross-sectional, because it was developed at a specific moment. The study is also descriptive and correlational, because it analyzes the degree of association between the variables. Finally, an exploratory factor analysis study was carried out (AFE). The results revealed that the relationship between the variables of job satisfaction and professional satisfaction was positive and significant, the relationship between the variables of distributed leadership and the perception of insecurity was positive but not significant, and the relationship between the variables of the perception of insecurity and the distribution of leadership was positive and significant. The relationship between the perception of insecurity and job satisfaction was positive but not significant. In the analysis of the control variables of sex, marital status, type of university, and level of studies with the dependent variable of job satisfaction, statistical tests were carried out to verify the existence of the significant differences between the groups. Furthermore, this analysis was conducted in relation to the variables of sex, marital status, and type of university.

The study was conducted to determine the indicators of job satisfaction of doctors working in psychiatry departments, to analyse the professional satisfaction of Polish, European and world psychiatrists and to identify ways to improve it. The study identified factors that influence the professional satisfaction of psychiatrists, compared it among psychiatrists in Poland, Europe, and the world, and developed a number of methods to improve this indicator. The results of the study showed that the level of professional satisfaction of psychiatric doctors is influenced by the following factors: salary level, working conditions, team relations, resource support of the work process, stress level, level of emotional burnout, sense of recognition and importance of their own work, work-life balance, and the degree of stigmatization of mental disorders in society. In terms of the number of practising psychiatrists in the country, the availability of psychiatric services and the level of the average annual salary of psychiatrists in Poland, Europe, and the world, the highest rates of professional satisfaction are recorded in the Scandinavian countries and Austria. Poland and Eastern European countries have lower scores, but the gradual increase in funding for psychiatry in Poland is leading to a positive upward trend. Ways in which this increase can be achieved include: increasing the staff of psychiatric units and optimizing administrative work to reduce workload, using cooperation and mentoring programmes to achieve a comfortable team environment, encouraging specialists to participate in training and mentoring programmes to enhance their professional development.

The Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), a group of uncommon connective tissue disorders, are, paradoxically, an increasingly common referral to genetics specialists. Of the 13 types of EDS, the most common is hypermobile EDS (hEDS), which lacks a known genetic etiology and for which diagnosis is achieved via a robust set of clinical criteria. While previous investigations have characterized many clinical aspects of EDS as a syndrome and patients' lived experiences, a gap in the literature exists regarding clinicians' experience caring for these individuals. This study sought to understand the effects of hEDS patient referrals from genetic counselors' perspectives. To capture these novel views and values, we conducted semi-structured interviews with 15 participants who were members of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) and had experience working with the hEDS patient population. Interview questions explored the frequency of hEDS referrals in their clinic, investigated their roles and responsibilities as genetic counselors when working with this population, analyzed their workflow for this indication, assessed the impacts on their professional satisfaction, and explored potential options for improving workflow and care for the hEDS patient population. Reflexive thematic analysis yielded four themes: (1) Referrals for hEDS have generally increased over time and many institutions have implemented new policies to control this influx, (2) genetic counselors' primary roles include education and addressing psychosocial matters for this population, (3) genetic counselors feel both rewarded and challenged by these referrals, and (4) genetic counselors call for more education and training on hEDS for all healthcare specialties. Our findings provide a better understanding of the goals of the hEDS patient referrals to genetics specialists and the opportunities and challenges those referrals present. Genetic counselors have specific training and skills in psychosocial counseling and communication, in some ways making them ideal care providers for this population. However, they are simultaneously a scarce resource and the complex medical issues presented by many patients with hEDS make multidisciplinary management essential. Professionalism represents the ethical contract that binds professionals and society. Its technical aspects, such as the professional practice model, form the foundation for attitudinal and behavioral characteristics, including the fiduciary relationship between pharmacists and patients. Despite significant interest in the topic, contextualizing professionalism proves to be a challenging endeavor, relying on collaboration among formal leaders, academics, and practitioners in the field. Consequently, defining, understanding, teaching, and evaluating pharmaceutical professionalism contribute to shape societal perceptions and the understanding of pharmacists and students, who may occasionally struggle to grasp the underlying rationale behind professional practices. Moreover, contextualizing professionalism entails addressing various challenges, such as fostering support for professionalism and its adaptation, which encompasses pharmacists' performance across diverse clinical services, their interpersonal interactions with patients, families, communities, and fellow healthcare professionals, as well as personal job satisfaction amidst obstacles as job insecurity, ethical dilemmas, and compromised autonomy.

The purpose of this paper was to explore the job satisfaction of physical education teachers. A descriptive-interpretative methodology was applied to data from a questionnaire aimed at primary and secondary school physical education teachers who work in public, state-funded and private schools in Spain. The contributions of self-determination theory as a framework for studying teacher job satisfaction have been the foundation for substantiating and interpreting the research findings. In this sense, we have taken into account the basic psychological needs and motivations of teachers as triggers for their professional satisfaction. In line with most of the research reviewed, feelings of competence for the job, decision-making autonomy as well as relational and psychological aspects seem to play a determinant role in the development of professional satisfaction. As a recommendation, we note that teacher satisfaction improves when there is full support by education administrators, high performance standards, appreciation for teaching work and collegiality among peers.

Objective: It is known that assistant physicians in our country face heavy workload and significant difficulties during the specialty training process. It is thought that this situation may affect the stress and professional satisfaction levels of assistant physicians and cause mental and physical complaints. The aim of this study is to evaluate the ways of coping with stress and professional satisfaction levels in assistant physicians, as well as to investigate the current psychological symptoms of assistant physicians. Methods: A total of 174 assistant physicians who met the inclusion criteria participated in the study. Sociodemographic Data Form, Stress Coping Styles Scale, Professional Satisfaction Scale, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Symptom Screening Scale (SCL-90-R) were applied to the participants. Results: In our study, it was found that the most frequently used method of coping with stress among assistant physicians was the self-confident approach. Optimistic approach style and professional satisfaction levels; It was significantly higher in male physicians, aged 30 and over, and senior assistant physicians. The helpless approach style was detected more in assistant physicians whose residency period was 18 months or less. No significant relationship was found between styles of coping with stress and levels of professional satisfaction. When looking at the distribution of psychological symptoms, it was determined that the highest scores belonged to the obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity and depression subcategories, respectively, and depression was the most common psychological symptom in female physicians and interpersonal sensitivity was the most common psychological symptom in male physicians. All psychological symptoms showed a negative significant relationship with the self-confident approach and optimistic approach and a positive significant relationship with the helpless approach. It was found that there were no significant differences between branches in terms of styles of coping with stress, professional satisfaction levels and distribution of psychological symptoms. Conclusion: Interventions that will reduce stress levels and increase professional satisfaction levels in assistant physicians (creating better working conditions, reducing intense workload, providing opportunities that will increase knowledge and experience and increase work motivation, etc.) are important in terms of physicians' mental and physical well-being and providing more qualified service to the society. The present questionnaire-based study examines 379 Greek teachers' perceptions about professional satisfaction and dissatisfaction. According to the results, teachers are professionally satisfied when they, firstly, feel able to effectively establish behaviour and communication rules in their classrooms, secondly, respond to students' expectations and cooperate with parents and the school administration, thirdly, are supported by colleagues and educational services and, fourthly, share experiences in a collegial atmosphere. Job dissatisfaction, on the contrary, is reported to derive firstly from Curricula restrictions, secondly from a lack of specialized knowledge about teaching, and thirdly from the lack of a reliable assessment procedure.

Background: There is a need to better understand ulcerative colitis (UC) patient and healthcare provider (HCP) treatment satisfaction, acceptability, and preferences., Methods: Two international, cross-sectional, web-based surveys were conducted among participants of a phase 3 mirikizumab study (NCT03519945). The questions captured moderate-to-severe UC patients' experience, HCPs' perception of patients' experience, and HCPs' own experience with mirikizumab administration through intravenous (IV) infusions and subcutaneous (SC) injections., Results: Respondents included 93 patients and 42 HCPs from 11 countries. The majority of patients had UC >4 years (74.2%), were bionaive (68%), in remission at the time of the survey (63%). HCPs were primarily from the United States (57%), generally nurses (41%) or gastroenterologists (26%) with ≥6 years of experience in treating UC (57%). Most patients were "very satisfied/satisfied" (IV, 83%; SC, 91%), "completely/somewhat" accepting of mirikizumab administration (IV, 87%; SC, 97%), and agreed that improvement to their UC outweighed any administration dissatisfaction (90%). HCPs' perspectives of patients' experiences were higher: "very satisfied/satisfied" (IV, 93%; SC, 100%); "completely/somewhat" accepting (IV, 90%; SC, 98%). HCPs themselves were "very satisfied/satisfied" (IV, 81%; SC, 95%); gastroenterologists were "very satisfied" (IV, 82%; SC, 82%) more than nurses (IV, 29%; SC, 65%) who were generally at least "satisfied" (IV, 53%; SC, 35%). Two SC and monthly SC injections were "completely acceptable" by the patients (76% and 85%) and per HCPs' perceptions of patients' preferences (69% and 100%)., Conclusions: Both patients and HCPs were satisfied with and accepted mirikizumab IV induction followed by monthly maintenance SC injections. Background: There are no study results on the private and professional satisfaction and the burnout risk of urologists with a migrant background at German hospitals to date. Non-medical reading has been described to have an influence on lower burnout rates among physicians of different specialties., Material and Methods: A SurveyMonkey questionnaire with 101 items on criteria characterising the study participant, questions on private and professional satisfaction and the complete Maslach Burnout Inventory was opened to urologists with a migrant background at German clinics between August and October 2020. The impact of non-medical reading on professional satisfaction and burnout was comparatively assessed (group A: ≤1 book/12 months versus group B: ≥2 books/12 months)., Results: Eighty-one study participants were included. They were almost equally distributed into groups A (49.4%) and B (50.6%). In several items on personal and professional satisfaction, there was a significantly higher satisfaction in group B. In the burnout dimensions of emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalisation (DP) and personal accomplishment (PA), a high risk of burnout was present in 27.9%, 35.3% and 73.5% of the study participants. A group comparison revealed significant advantages for Group B in the PA dimension in both the sum score ( p =0.001) and the categorical comparison ( p =0.002). Study participants in Group B also had a significantly lower DP dimension sum score compared with Group A ( p =0.047). OBJECTIVE The investigation of the nursing staff’s perceptions of the types and causes of missed nursing care, as well as the possible relationship of this phenomenon with their professional satisfaction. METHOD The research was carried out from January to March 2022. The sample of the research was 149/280 nurses of all ranks (response rate 53%) of the staff of the “Agios Panteleimon” General Hospital of Nikea -“Agia Varvara” General Hospital of Western Attica. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire on the types and causes of missed nursing care (Miss nursing care, MISSCARE), which also included a set of questions regarding nurses’ job satisfaction. Data analysis was performed with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (IBM SPSS), version 25.0. RESULTS The average value of the omitted nursing care of the participants ranged in moderate levels, while the elements of nursing care that are omitted with greater frequency, often or always, were changing the position of patients every two hours, attendance at the medical visit made for patients, oral care and hand washing. The most important reason for missed nursing care is the insufficient number of staff, while nurses are satisfied or very satisfied with their work in their current position (77%), with the fact that they are nurses (79.7%), and with the level of teamwork in their department (89.8%). At the same time, nurses who were not satisfied with their work seemed to record a higher frequency of absenteeism, while a higher level of missed nursing care characterizes those who hold a master’s degree, those who have missed more than six shifts, those who intended to leave their job over the next six months and people who felt that the staffing of their department was not satisfactory at all. CONCLUSIONS The utilization of the results of the present investigations could contribute to a gradual improvement of the health services provided by the National Health System through the reduction to the minimum possible number of omissions in nursing care. Background: Professional satisfaction is nowadays leading cause in increasing emigration of Nurses of Nepal. Thus, this research was conducted to identify the level of professional satisfaction among emigrated nurses in Nepal. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among 102 emigrated Nepalese Nurses staying in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Denmark and Canada. A web-based semi-structured questionnaire based on the McCloskey/ Mueller Satisfaction Scale was used to collect data from participants. Data were analysed using statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 24. The descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was conducted to interpret the data. Results: The participants for the study were from Australia (57.8%) followed by USA (25.5%), UK (10.8%), from Canada (2.9%), UAE (2%) and Denmark (1%). It was found that 74.5% of participants were from 25-30 years of age group. The emigrated Nurses working in Australia were highly satisfied (74.6%) with their job. This study showed that the majority (68.63%) of participants had a high satisfaction level in their job abroad where 2.9% had a lower satisfaction level. Conclusion: It is concluded that Nepalese nurses have a high professional satisfaction level working in abroad. So, the government needs to plan the retention of nurses in the countries considering the facilities and motivation provided in the emigrant countries.

Context: During the last decade, there has been a high increase in the number of dentists and dental practices in India. However, the literature on professional satisfaction among dental practitioners is lacking. Aims: This study aims to assess the level of professional satisfaction and to understand the effect of various factors associated with professional satisfaction among Telangana state dental practitioners. Settings and Design: A cross-sectional study was conducted for 2 months. Materials and Methods: Four hundred dental practitioners were approached. They were surveyed through a self-administered questionnaire. A modified version of the Dentist Satisfaction Survey was used to measure professional satisfaction. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS version 18). Step-wise multiple regression was done to predict the effect of explanatory variables on outcome variable. The level of significance was set at P < 0.05. Results: A response rate of 56% was achieved. The mean score of overall professional satisfaction was 2.1 ± 1.4 out of 5. A high percentage of the dental practitioners showed satisfaction with respect, patient relations and delivery of care. Professional development is a topic of great interest for all those who are involved in educational field, makers and teachers. It's approached closely related to organizational development, both representing a result of continuous changes in education. At individual level, professional development has both an internal determination (a need to perform), but it is conditioned by the new requirements of teaching and learning activity. An important variable is also the professional satisfaction. The main objective of the study is to determine the level of professional satisfaction of teachers from Kindergartens from Galati, Romania, and the relationship between this one and teaching degree. The study is based on empirical research conducted on a sample of 124 subjects, teachers from different kindergartens from Galati, Romania. The partial results seem to indicate that, generally, the teachers from kindergarten have different levels professional satisfaction: some of them believes that adaptation to the new professional requirements generate professional satisfaction and professional development, other believes that professional success can be achieved with less involvement. School efforts for professional development of teachers become insufficient if they are not correlated with teachers' efforts. We believe that is necessary shifting focus off career management on self-management career, which involves assumption of professional becoming at individual level. In the context of deepening of educational reforms, promotion of some effective policies of teachers' professional development is absolutely necessary, especially they are the main driver of the Romanian school reform.

Introduction: The level of professional satisfaction in teachers is an important issue in terms of high work motivation and employee performance. In addition, high professional satisfaction is a factor that contributes to teachers' more positive approach to the education process. Methods: This study aims to examine the teaching-learning conceptions and professional satisfaction levels of physical education teachers. A total of 310 physical education teachers, 129 female and 181 male, working in primary and high schools participated in the study. A relational scanning model was used in this research. The Teaching and Learning Conceptions Scale and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tools. Results: It has been observed that there is a positive relationship between teachers' understanding of teaching-learning and their level of professional satisfaction. Discussion: The constructivist understanding levels of the teachers participating in the research regarding the teaching-learning process were high, while their traditional understanding levels were below the medium level. Limitations: This research was limited to 310 physical education teachers working at different education levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between educational skills and professional satisfaction of faculty members. The research is of a descriptive and relationship-seeking type, and the sample consisted of 86 faculty members working at a vocational school. Data were collected using the information form, Professional Satisfaction Scale and Educational Skills Scale. The data were evaluated using arithmetic mean, student t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. 56.6% of the faculty members stated that they did not receive training in educational skills, 92.8% stated that educational skills training should be compulsory, and 51.8% stated that the level of educational skills was quite sufficient. It was determined that the participants' educational skills scale total score was 155.90±16.81 (min:38-max:190) and their professional satisfaction scale total score was 80.29±9.62 (min:20-max:100). A statistically significant difference was found between the educational skills scale and gender, academic title, perception of educational skills and perception of professional satisfaction. Those who have a high perception of job satisfaction and who love their job have higher job satisfaction scale scores. There is a moderate positive relationship between the educational skills scale and its sub-dimensions and the professional satisfaction scale. It is seen that the educational skills and professional satisfaction levels of the faculty members are high. According to the results of the research, professional satisfaction alone explains 22.2% of educational skills, and a one-unit improvement in professional satisfaction will cause an 82.3% increase in educational skills. In line with these results, it is possible to say that when professional satisfaction increases, educational skills will increase, and when professional skills improve, professional satisfaction will increase. This study aims to examine the correlational relationship between organizational loyalty and professional satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Jerash governorate. The researcher used the descriptive correlative method. The study sample consisted of (150) male and female teachers of secondary school in Jerash governorate for the academic year 2018-2019. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a 2-dimension questionnaire as an instrument for study, where the first dimension was organizational loyalty, and the second dimension was professional satisfaction. The questionnaire was applied to secondary school teachers in Jerash governorate. The study showed that the level of organizational loyalty and professional satisfaction of secondary school teachers in Jerash governorate were medium. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the degree of organizational loyalty and professional satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Jerash governorate. Reconsidering the incentive, promotion systems, and evaluating the performance of teachers. Further, providing real job opportunities for holders of higher qualifications in government organizations to benefit from their potential. Furthermore, holding training workshops for new teachers, to build a deep knowledge base that helps to deal with their colleagues from the perspective of justice, equality, and equal opportunities.
