At presentation were introduced the some results of the research project „Special Needs of Pupils in the Context of the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education“, implemented at the Masaryk University, Faculty of Education in Brno. V prezentaci byly představeny vybrané výsledky výzkumného projektu "Speciální vzdělávací potřeby žáků v kontextu RVP ZV", který je realizován na Pedagogické fakulte Masarykovy Univerzity v Brně. In this presentation we introduced qualitative and quantitative analysis of data obtained seven selected indicators relating to individualisation and differentiation in teaching in the Czech primary schools. V prezentaci byly představeny výsledky kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy dat získaných z vybraných indikátorů individualizace a diferenciace v českých primárních školách. In this presentation was described the structure of professional teacher`s competences for inclusive education at primary school. These competences help us to recognize and describe the general conditions in the inclusive schools in the Czech Republic. V prezentaci byla popsána struktura profesionálních kompetencí inkluzivního učitele v primární škole. Poznáním těchto kompetencí chceme popsat celkové podmínky inkluzivního vzdělávání v České republice. The publication presents the results of the second phase of research aimed at identifying conditions of inclusion in Czech primary schools, where we focus our attention on how the teachers perceive and evaluate inclusion in their schools. This publication offers experiences with the implementation of the research tool Framework for Self-evaluation of Conditions of Education which is abroad known under the title Index for Inclusion and we interpret the data obtained. We analyse in more detail grouping the indicators into five major groups, which characterize the inclusion: communication, cooperation, individualization and differentiation, maximum respect and expectations. At the end of publication we present simpler variant of the research tool for the conditions of Czech schools. V publikaci prezentujeme výsledky druhé fáze výzkumu, zaměřeného na zjišťování podmínek inkluze prvního stupně českých základních škol, v níž jsme soustředili svoji pozornost na to, jak inkluzi ve škole vnímají a hodnotí sami učitelé. Předkládáme zkušenosti s implementací výzkumného nástroje „Rámec pro sebehodnocení podmínek inkluze vzdělávání“, který je v zahraničí znám pod názvem „Index inkluze“ a analyzujeme získaná data. V práci analyzujeme podrobněji seskupení indikátorů do pěti významných skupin, které inkluzi charakterizují: komunikace, spolupráce, individualizace a diferenciace, respekt a maximum očekávání. V závěru publikace navrhujeme jednodušší variantu uvedeného výzkumného nástroje pro podmínky českých škol. This paper focuses on graphical shader programming, which is essential for real-time rendering. Opposite to classical low level, structured languages, functional approach is used in this work and existing work is extended to cover geometry shader programming. The compiler is able to transform the program in a way that is hard to achieve with classical languages. The program is written for all pipeline stages at once and the compiler does the partitioning. This allows the programmer to focus on program semantics and let the compiler take care of the efficient execution. First, this paper describes shader stages as functions in a mathematical manner. The process of program partitioning and transformation to one of the classical languages is described. Several examples show the differences between functional description and equivalent structured code.

This thesis is dealing with the system of corporate training and development in one of the biggest Czech retail enterprises, Tesco Stores ČR a. s. After opening presentation of theoretical attitudes considering contemporary approaches to the corporate training and development I introduce a general description of Tesco Stores training system which together with other core business activities is particularly aimed to satisfy customers needs. Customer orientation has also a direct impact on training forms, methods and activities which result from corporate strategy, its culture and from the system of human resources management. An important part of the thesis are the ways of evaluation of training and development efficiency. The text is divided into several parts according to the specific training needs and activities of their participants based upon organizational hierarchy. Another considerable part is devoted to the core staff of every enterprise - the low and middle management - which is dealt with focus on their development and the axe of it - the Performance management process. The realization of activities described is analyzed at the example of one of the Tesco stores in Czech Republic, Department Store Prague, Narodni trida.
