Antioxidative tripeptides were successfully classified according to their structure by using Sequence Principal Component Similarity (SPCS) software. During SPCS computation, hydrophobicity was the main characteristic of peptide residues in aspect of antioxidative activity to inhibit lipid peroxidation in linoleic acid model system. The prediction made by Homology Similarity Search (HSS)-BIOPEP combined software indicated that C-hordein fraction from barley protein showed the greatest potential to be antioxidative protein source followed by prolamin fraction from rice protein. Moreover, these homology segments of C-hordein were resistant against the digestion of mixed gastrointestinal enzymes in BIOPEP digestive model system.

Some evaluation methods and computer analysis programs on personal computers have been developed for pharmacokinetic analysis. Akaike's Information Criterion (AIC) was introduced to statistically select an optimum model for drug disposition. The moment analysis which has bee been used in chromatography and chemical engineer was applied to the evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) of drugs. A pharmacokinetic analysis program based on nonlinear least squares, MULTI, was developed on a personal computer in the early age. We have made other analysis program MULTI (RUNGE) where a pharmacokinetic model is defined as ordinal differential equations, MULTI (FILT) based on a Fast Inverse Laplace Transform (FILT) and MULTI (FEM) based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). MULTI2 (BAYES) based on Bayesian least squares and MULTI (ELS) based on extended least squares were developed for the population pharmacokinetics (PPK).

ÖZET BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIMLARI İLE MRP (MALZEME İHTİYAÇ PLANLAMA) VE CRP’NİN (KAPASİTE İHTİYAÇ PLANLAMA) MATBAA İŞLETMELERİNDE UYGULANMASI VE ÖNEMİBu projede, ERP yani Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (orijinal adıyla Enterprise Resource Planning) bilgisayar programları genel bir bakışla ele alınmış, Kapasite İhtiyaç Planlama (CRP- Capacity Requirements Planning) ve Hammadde İhtiyaç Planlama (MRP- Material Requirements Planning) modüllerinin incelenmesi, örnek uygulamalarla matbaa işletmelerine uyarlanması ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur.Çalışmanın diğer bölümlerinde ise, Matbaa işletmelerine genel bir bakış ile mevcut durum tespiti yapılarak Kapasite İhtiyaç Planlama (CRP) ve Hammadde İhtiyaç Planlama (MRP) teknikleri hakkındaki araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. CRP ve MRP’nin matbaa işletmesine uygulanması için gerekli altyapının oluşturulması, hammadde ve ürün kodlamalarının yapılması, operasyon ve tezgahların sisteme tanıtılması ve örnek çalışmalar uygulamalı olarak sunulmuştur. ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF MRP (MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING) AND CRP (CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS PLANNING) WITH COMPUTER SOFTWARES IN PRINTING BUSINESS AND ITS IMPORTANCE In this project, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), computer programs are taken up with a general overview; examining of modules of Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), their adaptations to printing business with sample applications and their importance are emphasized. In the other parts of the project; by determining the current situation with a general overview to the printing business, researches which are about the techniques of Capacity Requirements Planning and Material Requirements Planning are included. The adaptation of CRP and MRP to printing business to form the necessary infrastructure, coding the material and product, introducing the operations and machine to the system and sample studies as practically are presented.

Bu çalışmadaki amaç, öğretim amaçlı bilgisayar yazılımının (elite class deluxe biyoloji 9) mitoz ve mayoz hücre bölünmesi konusunda öğrencilerin akademik başarı, kavram yanılgıları ve biyoloji dersine karşı tutumlarındaki değişimlere etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Yarı deneysel olarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, yirmi dörder öğrenciden oluşan iki grup seçilmiş, gruplardan biri deney, diğeri ise kontrol grubu olarak kabul edilmiştir. Mitoz ve mayoz bölünme konusu deney grubu öğrencilerine öğretim amaçlı bilgisayar yazılımı yardımıyla, kontrol grubu öğrencilerine ise geleneksel öğretim yöntemi ile anlatılmıştır. Gruplardaki tüm öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını ölçmek için Hücre Bölünmeleri Başarı Testi (HBT), kavram yanılgılarını belirlemek için Hücre Bölünmeleri Kavram Testi (HKT) ve biyoloji dersine tutumlarını saptamak için Biyoloji Tutum Ölçeği (BTÖ) uygulama öncesi ve sonrası uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler değerlendirildiğinde, öğretim amaçlı bilgisayar yazılımının öğrencilerin başarılarına olumlu yönde etki ettiği, öğrencilerde var olan temel kavram yanılgılarını sınırlı olarak azalttığı, öğrencilerin biyolojiye karşı tutumlarını değiştirme konusunda ise yeterli olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada öğretim amaçlı bilgisayar yazılımların içerik ve öğretim tasarımı gibi özelliklerin yanı sıra teknik özellikler de göz önünde bulundurularak kullanıcıların özelliklerine uygun, ilgi ve beklentiler doğrultusunda hazırlanması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır., The aim of this study was the investigation of effectiveness of teaching aimed computer software used computer assisted teaching on students' achievement, misconceptions and attitudes toward biology on the issue of cell division. In this quasi experimental type study, there were two chosen groups and each of these groups consisted of 24 students accepted as one treatment and one control group. The treatment group was instructed by teaching aimed computer software through computer assist while the control group was instructed by traditional methods. To measure students' academic achievement cell division achievement test (HBT), to identify the misconceptions the cell division concept test (HKT) and to determine the attitudes towards biology lessons biology attitude scale (BTO) was applied at the beginning and at the end of the research. While the collected data evaluated there can be seen that teaching aimed computer software had the positive effect on to the students' achievement and reduced the existing misconceptions to some extend, however did not sufficient about changing attitudes toward biology in positive way in itself. In this study, it was concluded that teaching aimed software programs needed to prepare with the consideration of technical facilities in addition to content and instructional design facilities according to the user's characteristics, through the interests and expectations.

We have developed two computer softwares GeneViewPLUS and Mutation View. GeneViewPLUS is designed to quickly display chromosomal mapping information on human genes and diseases whereas Mutation View is designed to display mutations of disease-causing genes. Both softwares are operated on UNIX workstation with X-window.

The use of personal computer in chemical researches is currently excited. New approaches to produce chemical softwares for personal computer have been performed by many chemists and chemical teachers. However, the chemical softwares for a personal computer are scarecely announced in spite of important utility.The author has studied on a software communication of chemistry for a personal computer, and published the annual reporting books ('85, '86, '87, '88) of chemical softwares serially. This paper mentions present states and circulation of personal computer softwares for chemical researches. There are primarily five cases of the softwares, which have been devoted to the problems of molecular science, data processing, chemical graphics, chemical education, and chemical instrumention & chemometrics. The best and most used hardware of personal computer is PC-9801 series by NEC in Japan.

Bu çalışmada; bitkisel tasarım çalışmalarınınana materyali olan ağaçların, fotoğraf makinesi ile çekilen başlıcafotoğraflarının, bazı bilgisayar programları (Autodesk 123D Catch, AgisoftPhotoScan) kullanılarak, 3B modeller haline getirilmesinin olanaklarıaraştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla fotoğraf makinesi ile Picea pungens Engelm. (MaviLadin), Robinia pseudoacacia ‘Umbraculifera’ (Top Akasya), Morus nigra‘Pendula’ (Sarkık Dut) ve Chamaecyparis lawsoniana ‘Ellwoodii’ (Elvudi) ağaçtürlerinin arazide çeşitli şekillerde fotoğrafları çekilmiş ve her iki programyardımı ile 3B olarak modelleri oluşturulmuştur. Bu bağlamda fotoğraflar temelalınarak Autodesk 123D Catch ve Agisoft PhotoScan adlı programlarda oluşturulan3B ağaç modelleri, 13 adet farklı kriter bazında uzmanlara sorulmak suretiyleavantaj ve dezavantajları karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilip en uygun fotoğrafyardımıyla 3B ağaç modelleme programı belirlenmiştir.Sonuç olarak, fotoğrafyardımıyla 3B ağaç modellemesinde Agisoft PhotoScan programının aldığı toplampuan Autodesk 123D Catch programına göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüş ve bazıözellikler bakımından da daha başarılı olduğu belirlenmiştir., Inthis study; photographs of trees, the main materials of planting design, weretaken and it was studied if these 2D photographs could be converted into 3Dmodels, by using various softwares such as Autodesk 123D Catch and AgisoftPhotoScan, with succession. For thispurpose, photographs of Picea pungens Engelm. (Blue Spruce), Robiniapseudoacacia ‘Umbraculifera’ (False Acacia), Morus nigra ‘Pendula’ (WeepingBlack Mulberry) and Chamaecyparis lawsoniana ‘Ellwoodii’ (Lawson’s Cypress)were taken at site, using a camera, indifferent angles and using both softwares, their 3D models were created. The 3Dmodels, which were created based upon the photographs, using Autodesk 123D Catchand Agisoft PhotoScan, were evaluated in 13 different criterations withassistance from specialists and their advantages and disadvantages werediscussed to find the best 3D tree modelling software. As a conclusion, at 3Dmodelling of trees, the total point of Agisoft PhotoScas was higher than thetotal point of Autodesk 123D Catch and some of its properties was determined asmore successful.

Gerek el işçiliği ile yapılan üretimlerde gerek makinalar ile yapılan seri üretimlerde, kalite kontrol üretim sürecinin ayrılmaz parçasıdır. Kalite kontrol işlemi üretimden daha fazla dikkat isteyen hata oranlarının minimize edilmesi gerektiği süreçtir. Kalite kontrolünün insan tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi, birçok işte olduğu gibi yorulma kaynaklı olması, hız gerektirmesi ve/veya fark edilemeyecek kadar küçük kusurların olması açısından zor ve hataya açıktır. Bu zorluklara kontrol edilecek malzemenin enjektör gibi saydam malzemeden yapılmış olması da eklenirse kontrol sürecinde hata yaşanma durumu ciddi şekilde artmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu süreçte kalite kontrol işleminin mümkünse tamamen makinalarla olması tercih edilmelidir. Tamamen makinalar tarafından olmaması durumunda en azından makine destekli olarak insan tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi tercih edilmelidir. İnsan gözü ile yapılan kalite kontrol prosesinde günümüzde görüntü işleme kullanılması sistemin geliştirilme sürecini kolaylaştırmakta ve tasarım sonrası kullanılabilirliğini arttırmaktadır.Bu tez çalışmasında görüntü işleme teknikleri kullanılarak enjektör (şırınga) üretimi yapan bir işletmenin enjektör paketleme aşamasında kalite kontrol işlemini gerçekleştiren personele yardımcı olacak sistem tasarlanmıştır. Literatür taramasında enjektör üretiminin paketleme aşamasına yönelik oluşturulan kalite kontrol çalışmasına rastlanılmamıştır. Bu sebeple çalışmanın ilk olduğu düşünülmektedir.Çalışmada görüntü almak için aydınlatma sistemiyle birlikte bir platform oluşturulmuş ve 12.2 MP endüstriyel kamera kullanılmıştır. Problemlerin çözümüne yönelik görüntü işleme tekniklerinden sıkça kullanılan şablon eşleştirme, haar-cascade sınıflandırıcısı, renk filtreleme, morfolojik işlemler gibi yöntemler birleştirilmiştir. Enjektör ve iğne ucu paketlenmesi aşamasında paket görüntüsü içinde enjektör/iğne ucu nesnelerine yönelik var/yok/adet/yabancı madde tespit-kontrol üzerine çalışılmıştır. Kullanılan yaklaşımlar, kullanım amaçları ve doğruluk oranları ile şu şekilde sıralanabilir; şablon eşleştirme ile nesne tespiti %99.87, haar-cascade sınıflandırıcısıyla nesne tespitinde %90.49, renk filtreleme ile nesne tespiti %90.85 ve leke tespiti ile yabancı madde aranması %85.58'dir. The quality control process is the process in which error rates that require more attention from production should be minimized. It is difficult and error-prone to carry out quality control by the human being, as with many jobs, due to fatigue, speed and / or imperceptible defects. Adding to these difficulties that the material to be controlled is made of transparent material such as an syringe, the error in the control process increases significantly. For this reason, it should be preferred that the quality control process in this process should be entirely with the machines. If it is not entirely by machines, it should be preferred that it is carried out by humans at least with machine support. The use of image processing in the human eye quality control process facilitates the development process of the system and increases its usability after design.In this thesis, a system was designed to assist the personnel performing the quality control process in the syringe packaging stage of an enterprise producing syringe using image processing techniques. In the literature review, no quality control study for the packaging stage of injector production was found. Therefore, the study is considered to be the first.In the study, a platform was created with the lighting system and a 12.2 MP industrial camera was used for image acquisition. Image processing techniques for solving problems; template matching, haar-cascade classifier, color filtering and morphological processing methods are combined. During the syringe and needle tip packaging phase, the presence/absence/quantity/foreign matter detection-control for syringe/needle tip objects was studied in the package image. Approaches used, purposes and accuracy rates can be listed as follows; object detection by template matching was 99.87%, object detection by haar-cascade classifier was 90.49%, object detection by color filtering was 90.85% and foreign matter detection by stain detection was 85.58%. Estetik ve fonksiyonel problemler yaratan iskeletsel sınıf 3 dentofasiyal deformitenin tedavisinde, ortognatik cerrahi önemli bir seçenektir. İskeletsel sınıf 3 anomalisi olup, ortognatik cerrahisi yapılan hastalarda hava yolu darlığı ve uyku apnesi riski normal popülasyona göre daha yüksek olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada; iskeletsel sınıf 3 hastaların tedavisinde uygulanan çift çene ortognatik cerrahinin, hastalarda posterior hava yolunda darlığa ve obstruktif uyku apnesine yatkınlığa, polisomnografik ve anatomik parametrelerdeki değişikliklere etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Operasyon öncesi ve operasyondan sonraki minimum 3. ayda, mandibular geriletme ve maksiller ilerletme miktarının hava yolu hacmine ve minimum aksiyal alana etkisi, konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografiyle; uyku parametrelerine etkisi polisomnografi ile birlikte değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmaya H. Ü. Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Ağız, Diş ve Çene Cerrahisi ABD'ye iskeletsel sınıf 3 deformitesinin tedavisi için başvurmuş, maksiller ilerletme ve mandibular geriletme cerrahi tedavisi yapılmış 26 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Bitkisel tasarım, kentsel, kırsal ve doğal mekânlarda estetik ve işlevsel amaçlarla mekân ve zaman koşullarına göre bitki materyalinin seçimini, düzenlenmesini ve bakımını kapsayan, insan ile doğa, sanat ile bilim arasındaki en doğru, en etkili ve en devamlı ilişkiyi kurmak süreci olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda; bitkisel tasarım için kullanılabilecek çok zengin bitki tür ve çeşitlerinin bulunması, kullanım amaç ve tiplerinin giderek artması, dijital teknolojinin gelişmesi ve kullanımının artması vb. nedeniyle bütüncül bitki bilgi sistemine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu amaçla bitkisel tasarım için kullanılacak detaylı bitki veri tabanının oluşturulması ve bitkisel tasarım için dijital sorgulama ve kullanılabilirliğin sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada; yerli ve yabancı literatür taraması yapmak suretiyle günümüzde kullanılan bitki veri tabanları ve sorgulama modelleri içeren bazı yazılımlar incelenmiş olup bitkisel tasarım ve Peyzaj Mimarlığı kavramsal çerçevesi açısından eksiklikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Planting design is defined as the process of establishing the most accurate, most effective and continuous relationship between human and nature, art and science, involving the selection, arrangement and maintenance of plant material according to space and time conditions for aesthetic and functional purposes in urban, rural and natural spaces. In this context; a holistic plant information system is needed due to the very rich plant species and varieties that can be used for planting design, the purpose and types of use are increasing, the development and use of technology is increasing. For this purpose, it is aimed to create detailed plant database to be used for planting design and to provide digital query and usability for planting design.In the study; some software including plant databases and query models used today were examined by searching the domestic and foreign literature, and their deficiencies were revealed in terms of planting design and landscape architecture conceptual framework. In this context, a software that has a unique value compared to other software has been produced that can assist in planting design. This software has been produced as a web application using data tables and indicators created in SQLite database, SQL database management system and PYTHON programming language. As a result, a detailed and questionable information system model for planting design was created.In Plant Information System for Planting Design Purposes (PIS) contains sub-menus such as; Plants Diagnosis-Recognition Menu, which can be diagnosed from the visual properties of plants, the Plant Knowledge Bank Menu with features for plant types, Planting Design Inquiry Menu where inquiries for planting design can be made, and Query by Planting Design Visual-Aesthetic Properties, where inquiries can be made, The Inquiry Menu for Planting Design Functional Features, where inquiries regarding functional features can be made, and the Inquiry Subject Menus for Planting Design Use Purposes / Types, where inquiries regarding landscape use types in vegetative design can be made. 121

Yazılım sistemlerinin modellemeleri sırasında yapılan eksiklikler ve oluşan tutarsızlıklar, bu modeller kullanılarak yapılan tüm geliştirmelerde de yüksek maliyetlerle sonuçlanan istenmeyen sonuçlara sebep olabilmektedir. Yazılım modellemesi sırasında yazılım mühendislerine verilebilecek öneriler ile daha iyi modeller oluşturulabilir ve bu sayede kullanıcı beklentilerini daha iyi karşılayan sistemler oluşturulabilir. Yazılım modellemede kullanılan yöntemlerden bir taneside, grafik kullanıcı arayüzlerinin analizinde kullanılan olay akış grafikleridir. Bu tezin hedefi olay akış grafikleri üzerinde yer alan bileşenler arasında unutulmuş veya eksik bağlantıları grafik yapay sinir ağları kullanarak tahminleyecek bir yöntem öndermektir. Bu yöntem beş basamaktan oluşan bir süreçten oluşmaktadır: (i) veri toplama, (ii) grafik yapay sinir ağ modelini eğitmek, (iii) eğitilen modeli doğrulamak ve (v) modeli daha önce görmediği veriler ile test etmek. Deficiencies and inconsistencies introduced during the modeling of software systems can cause undesirable consequences that may result in high costs and negatively affect the quality of all developments made using these models. Therefore, creating better models will help the software engineers to build better software systems that meet expectations. One of the software modelling methods used for analysis of graphical user interfaces is Event Sequence Graphs (ESG). The goal of this thesis is to propose a method that predicts missing or forgotten links between events defined in an ESG via Graph Neural Networks (GNN). A five-step process consisting of the following steps is proposed: (i) data collection from ESG model, (ii) dataset transformation, (iii) GNN model training, (iv) validation of trained model and (v) testing the model on unseen data. Three performance metrics, namely cross entropy loss, area under curve and accuracy, were used to measure the performance of the GNN models. Examining the results of the experiments performed on different datasets and different variations of GNN, shows that even with relatively small datasets prepared from ESG models, predicts missing or forgotten links between events defined in an ESG can be achieved. 95

Etmen-yönelimli Yazılım Mühendisliği (AOSE) alanında Çok-etmenli sistemlerin (MAS) geliştirilmesi için çeşitli alana-özgü modelleme dilleri (DSML) ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Etmenlerin iç yapılarının Kanı-İstek-Hedef (BDI) gibi modellere göre tasarlanması, MAS sistemi içerisinde etmenlerin ortak kullanabileceği hesaplama ortamlarının oluşturulması ve etmen organizasyon yapılarının tanımlanması bir MAS'ın oluşturulması için önemlidir. Bu bağlamda, DSML4BDI AOSE alanında ortaya çıkmış bir DSML'dir. Jason platformuna uygun bir üstmodele sahip olan dil, etmenlerin iç yapılarının modellenmesini desteklese de MAS'ların oluşturulması açısından yetersiz kalmaktadır. Geliştiriciler etmenlerin kullanacağı ortak çalışma alanlarının oluşturulması ve organizasyon yapısının tanımlanması gibi konularda zorlanmaktadırlar. Bu tezde DSML4BDI'ın sözü edilen bu eksikliklerini gideren ve oluşturulan modellerin çalıştırma platformu zenginliğini arttıran DSML4BDI 2.0 adı verilen bir DSML geliştirilmiştir. DSML4BDI 2.0 için öncelikle Etmen, Ortam ve Organizasyon bakış açılarını içerecek bir üstmodel tasarlanmıştır. Sonrasında bu üstmodele dayanan bir grafiksel somut gösterim geliştirilmiştir. Geliştiriciler bu grafiksel gösterimi kullanarak üzerinde çalıştıkları MAS'ları modelleyebilmektedir. Modelden metne dönüşümler üzerinden sağlanan bir semantik ile DSML4BDI 2.0 modelleri çevre programlamayı destekleyen JaCaMo platformunda çalıştırılabilmektedir. Böylece DSML4BDI 2.0 ile oluşturulan MAS modellerinden kod çıktısı üretebilir duruma getirilmiştir. Son olarak çeşitli MAS'ların geliştirilmesini içeren durum çalışmalarından elde edilen sonuçlar analiz edilerek DSML4BDI 2.0'ın bir değerlendirilmesi de yine tez kapsamında yerine getirilmiştir., In Agent-oriented Software Engineering (AOSE) research field, various domain-specific modeling languages (DSMLs) are introduced for the development of Multi-agent Systems (MASs). It is important to design the internal structures of the agents according to architectures such as Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI), to create execution environments that can be used by the agents in the MAS system and to define the organizational structures of the agents. Within this context, DSML4BDI is one of the DSMLs proposed for AOSE. The language, which has a metamodel conforming to the Jason platform, supports the modeling of the internal structures of the agents. However, provided modeling elements are insufficient especially for the creation of MAS, i.e. developers are struggling both to create common execution environments which agents will use and to define organizational structures. In this thesis, a DSML, called DSML4BDI 2.0, is developed which eliminates the aforementioned deficiencies of DSML4BDI and increases the execution platform richness of the created models. A metamodel is designed to include Agent, Environment and Organization viewpoints for DSML4BDI 2.0. A graphical concrete syntax is derived to create MAS models conforming to this metamodel. Hence, developers can model the MASs to be implemented by using this graphical notation. Based on the semantics provided from model to text transformations, DSML4BDI 2.0 models can be run on the JaCaMo platform which supports environment programming. Thus, it is possible to generate code output from the models created with DSML4BDI 2.0. Finally, an evaluation of DSML4BDI 2.0 is carried out by analyzing the results obtained from various MAS development case studies.

Bu çalışmada, erişkin yaylı çalgı icra eden müzisyenlerin performans boyunca icra postürleri değerlendirilerek ergonomik risk düzeyine etki etmesi beklenen parametreler ile arasındaki ilişki incelendi. Dahil edilme kriterlerini sağlayan 18-53 yaş aralığındaki keman veya viyola icra eden 15 müzisyen çalışma grubuna alındı. Katılımcıların; performans boyunca video analizle ölçülen müzik icra postürü ergonomik risk düzeyleri ile kas-iskelet sistemi şikayetleri, müzik performans anksiyetesi seviyesi, fiziksel aktivite düzeyi, eklem hipermobilitesi ve dominant el tercihi değerlendirildi. Çalışmanın sonucunda, sağ üst ekstremite müzik icra postürü performans sonu ergonomik risk düzeyine sırt bölgesinde görülen kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının (KİSR) (p=0,029), sol üst ekstremite müzik icra postürü ergonomik risk düzeyi zamana bağlı değişimine el/el bileğinde görülen KİSR'in (p=0,04), sol üst ekstremite icra postürü performans sonu ergonomik risk düzeyine gövde fleksiyonu hipermobilite düzeyinin (p=0,026) pozitif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı. Müzik icrası performans başlangıcı (p=0,04) ve performans sonu (p=0.01) ergonomik risk düzeyleri, lisans ve doktora sonrası eğitim seviyesine sahip müzisyenlerde yüksekti, ancak risk seviyesi lisans üstü seviyedeki müzisyenlerde düşüktü. Çalışmada icra postürü ergonomik risk düzeyi ve zamana bağlı değişimine; fiziksel aktivite düzeyi, müzik performans anksiyetesi ve el tercihinin anlamlı düzeyde etkisi bulunmadı (p>0,05). Bu çalışma sonucunda keman ve viyola icra eden müzisyenlerde icra postürünün ergonomik olarak oldukça riskli olduğu ve icra postürlerine etki eden pek çok parametre bulunduğu görüldü. Çalışmamızda elde edilen verilerin, müzisyenlerin bütüncül bir şekilde ve ilgili semptomları referans alarak hedef bölgelerin daha sağlıklı değerlendirilmesinde multidisipliner bir bakış açısıyla koruyucu yaklaşımların oluşturulması için yol gösterici olacağını düşünmekteyiz. In this study, the relationship between the parameters' expected to affect ergonomic risk level of performing posture evaluated in adult strings musicians with video analysis method. 15 musicians who played violin or viola between 18-53 years were included in the study group. The ergonomic risk level of participants' music performing posture during the performance measured by video analysis and musculoskeletal complaints, music performance anxiety level, physical activity level, joint hypermobility, dominant hand preferences were evaluated. As a result of the study, there was a significant positive relation between end of performances of ergonomic risk level of right upper extremities music performing postures on musculoskeletal complaints in the back region (p=0.029), time-dependent changes of the ergonomic risk level of left upper extremities music performing postures and musculoskeletal complaints in the hand/wrist area (p=0,04), mid-performances of the ergonomic risk level of left upper extremities music performing postures and trunk flexion hyper-mobility level (p=0.026). The beginning (p=0,04) and end of perfomances' (p=0,001) of the ergonomic risk level of left upper extremities music performing posture was high in musicians with graduate and post-doctorate education level, but the risk level was low in musicians with postgraduate education level (p=0,01). There was no significant relationship between the ergonomic risk level of performing posture, physical activity, anxiety and hand preferences (p>0.05). As a result of this study, it was found that the performing postures of string musicians' have a high level of ergonomic risk and there are many parameters that affect the performance postures in violin and viola musicians. The present study will guide the professionals to evaluate musicians according to the symptoms that need attention in a holistic way to create protective approaches from a multidisciplinary perspective. 117

Yapılan bu tez çalışmasında video ya da kamera görüntülerinden insanları tespit ederek, insanların aktivitelerini(ayakta, koşuyor, zıplıyor, oturuyor ve yatıyor) derin öğrenme tekniklerini kullanarak tahmin edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.Çalışmada veri seti olarak 10000 den fazla farklı internet kaynağından elde edilen resim ve video görüntüleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada faklı yazılım ve donanım teknolojileri kullanılmıştır. Verileri düzenleme ve etiketlemede java dili, eğitim ve model oluşturmada DIGITS, framework olarak Caffe, testlerde ise Python dili kullanılmıştır.Sonuç olarak 8458 adet resim kullanılarak yapılan çalışmada farklı insan aktiviteleri derin öğrenme teknikleri kullanılarak ortalama %97 gibi büyük bir doğrulukla sınıflandırılmıştır. Tek bir resim ile yapılan DIGITS testinde %90.88, 1341 resim ile yapılan Python testinde ortalama % 97.4, video testlerinde ise ortalama 4 fps ve %92 doğruluk ile insan aktivitesi sınıflandırılmıştır. In this thesis, it is aimed to detect people from video or camera images and to predict people's activities (standing, running, jumping, sitting and lying) by using deep learning techniques.In the study, pictures and video images obtained from more than 10000 different internet sources were used as data set. Different software and hardware technologies were used in the study. Java language was used for data editing and labelling, DIGITS was used for training and modelling, Caffe was used as framework and Python language was used for tests.As a result, different human activities were classified with an average accuracy of 97% by using deep learning techniques in the study, which was conducted using 8458 images. In DIGITS test with a single image, human activity was classified as 90.88%, Python test with 1341 images, and 97.4% on average, 4 fps and 92% accuracy on video tests. 50
