Zheng Zhi (郑志) and Zheng Ji (郑记) are books that recorded Zheng Xuan and his disciples’ questions and answers on the Chinese classics. The original books have been lost for a long time. Most of the predecessors thought that they were two different books. However, from the changes in the volume of Zheng Zhi (郑志) in the catalogue of historical records and the citation of Zheng Ji (郑记) by people in the Tang Dynasty, the content of the books had once been divided and combined in the process of circulation. The eight articles of Zheng Zhi (郑志) were written in the late Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms. The dialogue between Zheng Xuan’s disciples was added to it in later compilation to form an eleven-volume version of Zheng Zhi (郑志). It was abbreviated into nine volumes before the early years of Kaiyuan by removing the article of Zheng Zhi (郑志). The book Zheng Ji (郑记) should have appeared after the completion of the eleven-volume Zheng Zhi (郑志), and it was compiled by Zheng Xuan’s disciples by collecting the questions and answers when it was no later than the early Sui Dynasty. The rise of China relative the U.S. is considered the unavoidable material structural reason for inevitable future conflict between the U.S. and China. While there are a few exceptions that attempt to correct the flaws in existing material structuralist theories, most counter-arguments to the inevitability of U.S.-China conflict are mainly based on China's unique history and culture, which act as the ideational structural parallel to the material structure. Such theoretical developments have indeed expanded the horizon of international relations, which has been traditionally centered on modern European experiences, yet a gap has also emerged. Existing studies have often tested whether the existing material structural theories can also be applied to different Chinese dynasties, or have advocated that the ideational structures of Chinese history and culture complement the effects of the material structures. However, the competing explanatory power between the material and ideational structures is rarely tested. Therefore, this article attempts to make such a test by examining the different bipolar and multipolar historical eras of China to determine which structural effect prevails. In the end, this article finds that the logic of material and ideational structures are indeed not inherently contradictory. Nonetheless, when the two structures do conflict, the ideational structure that leads to stability cannot overwhelm the material structure that leads to instability; however, the ideational structure that leads to instability can overwhelm the material structure that leads to stability. This paper discusses the nursing experience of a middle-aged male patient who was diagnosed as having COVID-19 and admitted to the negative pressure room of the intensive care unit due to critical illness from June 13 to 24, 2021. Patient data was collected through interviews, listening, direct contact, and observation, and the study performed an overall assessment of the patient on the basis of Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns. Major health problems included gas exchange disorder, insufficient resilience, and social interaction impairment. The medical team cooperated in using prone position ventilation to improve oxygenation, while providing detailed information and nursing measures to positively address the disease treatment process and enhance the patient's resilience. Patients and their families are encouraged to join the care plan and provided with adequate information and individual nursing measures during the treatment. During the nursing period, protective equipment covers medical staff's expressions, which inhibits the development of doctor-patient relationship. To compensate for this issue it is recommended to mark the name on the isolation gown and interact with the patient in an enthusiastic manner. Objective To explore the influence of family member participatory nursing intervention mode on the disease control and self-management ability of patients with chronic arrhythmia. Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic arrhythmia were included in the study, and were divided into control group and observation group in the random drawing method, with 63 cases in each group, both given intervention for 3 months. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention mode, while the observation group adopted family member participatory nursing intervention mode on this basis. The scores of Mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family member form (MUIS-FM), self-management ability scale (SMAS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS), change of heart rate, treatment compliance, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before intervention, and 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Results After 1 month and 3 months of intervention, the scores of MUIS-FM, SAS and SDS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, while the score of SMAS was higher than that in the control group (all P < 0. 05). After 1 month of intervention, the minimum heart rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05); after 3 months of intervention, the resting heart rate and the minimum heart rate of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group (all P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the mean heart rate within 24 hours between the observation group and the control group after 1 month and 3 months of intervention (all P> 0. 05). The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (96. 83% vs. 85. 71%, P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in complication rate between the observation group and the control group (1. 59% vs. 9. 52%, P>0. 05). Objective To investigate the application value of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiography (AECG) in the diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia (SMI). Methods A total of 135 patients with suspected SMI were selected as the research subjects, and they underwent both routine ECG and 24-hour AECG. The detection rate of SMI was compared between the two examination methods. The diagnostic efficiency of SMI was analyzed by using coronary angiography (CAG) as the gold standard. Results Among the 135 patients suspected with SMI, 107 cases were confirmed by CAG. Ninety-two cases were detected by routine ECG with a positive detection rate of 85. 98% (92 / 107) while 24-hour AECG detected 102 cases with a positive rate of 95. 33% ( 102 / 107). The positive rate of 24-hour AECG proves to be significantly higher than that of routine ECG (χ² = 5. 515, P = 0. 019). The diagnostic sensitivity, accuracy rate and negative predictive value of 24-hour AECG were 94. 39%, 94. 81% and 81. 82%, respectively, which were all significantly higher than those of routine ECG ( separately 84. 11%, 85. 93% and 60. 47%; P<0. 05). Objective To analyze the expression of SEC61G in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) tissues and cell lines and determine its correlations with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with OSCC. Methods The expression of SEC61G in OSCC tissues and its diagnostic and prognostic value were detected in the TCGA database. The expression levels of SEC61G in paraffin-embedded OSCC tissues and adjacent normal tissue specimens of 64 patients with OSCC were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation of SEC61G expression in OSCC tissues with the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the expression of SEC61G correlated with the overall survival time of patients with OSCC. Cox regression analysis was used to analyze prognostic influence factors. Results The expression of SEC61G in OSCC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracarcinoma tissues (P<0.05), consistent with the results of the TCGA database analysis, and its expression was closely related to N stage and clinical stage (P<0.05). The overall survival of patients with OSCC in the group with low SEC61G expression was significantly higher than that in the high SEC61G expression group (P<0.05). N stage and SEC61G expression were the prognostic influence factors for patients with OSCC (P<0.05). SEC61G expression was an independent predictor of the prognosis of patients with OSCC (P<0.05, AUC=0.923). Conclusion SEC61G is highly expressed in OSCC tissues and associated with N stage and clinical stage. Its high expression is associated with poor prognosis of patients. Monoclonal antibody drugs that inhibit programmed death 1 (PD-1) or programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) have been widely used in esophageal cancer (EC) and yielded significant therapeutic responses. However, only a few patients obtain lasting clinical benefits due to primary or acquired drug resistance, and new treatment schemes are urgently needed. The tumor immune microenvironment is the main factor that affects patients’ response to immunosuppressive agents. Objective To explore the application and surgical effect of indivisualized surgery by far lateral approach in the treatment of ventral meningiomas in the foramen magnum region. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with ventral meningioma in the foramen magnum region admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2011 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The relevant literature was reviewed. Results Of 14 patients, 12 underwent total resection of the lesion（Simpson grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ）, and 2 underwent subtotal resection（Simpson grade Ⅲ）. There were no surgical deaths. Pain symptoms, respiratory dysfunction, and limb muscle strength had significantly recovered in the near future after surgery. The recovery process of sensory dysfunction was slow. Follow up for 6 to 24 months, MRI reexamination of the craniocervical junction area was performed, and no recurrence was observed in patients with complete resection of the lesion. Two patients with subtotal resection underwent gamma knife assisted treatment after surgery, and no significant growth of the lesion was observed. Conclusions The far lateral approach is a suitable approach for the removal of ventral meningiomas in the foramen magnum region. The scope and size of bone resection should be determined based on imaging data, lesion characteristics, and anatomical differences between individual patients, and personalized surgical procedures should be developed. Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and related adverse reactions of the combination of camrelizumab with anlotinib as the third-line therapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 84 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer after second-line treatment. According to different treatment methods, 44 patients who received camrelizumab combined with anlotinib were included in the observation group, and 40 patients who received anlotinib alone were included in the control group. The PFS, ORR, DCR and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The median PFS of the observation group was longer than that of the control group (7.0 vs. 5.6 months, P=0.001). No statistically significant difference was observed in ORR, DCR, the incidence of adverse reactions or the incidence of adverse reactions above grade 3 between two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of camrelizumab combined with anlotinib as third-line therapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer is better than anlotinib alone, and the safety is good. Objective To investigate the cognition of colorectal cancer-related knowledge and influencing factors of patients with middle- and advanced-stage colorectal cancer in ethnic minority areas of Inner Mongolia. Methods According to the national population and the prevalence of colorectal cancer, 277 patients with colorectal cancer were selected by stratified and random sampling in Inner Mongolia. The patients were surveyed in Baotou, Chifeng, Bayannaoer, and other hospitals. The questionnaire included patients’ basic information, cognition of colorectal cancer risk factors and screening knowledge, screening information, etc. Results Before suffering from the disease, the patients’ knowledge of colorectal cancer (risk factors, early screening knowledge, treatment methods) was low. About 54.9% of patients were unaware of high risk factors for colorectal cancer, 75.8% of patients did not understand the knowledge of early screening of colorectal cancer, and 37.5% of patients did not understand the treatment of colorectal cancer. The main influencing factors of colorectal cancer cognition were education level and occupation. Patients who work in institutions and enterprises and with higher education level had better cognition. Conclusion Patients with middle- and advanced-stage colorectal cancer in Inner Mongolia have poor knowledge and awareness of risk factors and screening of colorectal cancer before diagnosis.
