Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) comprehensive nursing interventions on prevention of abdominal distension and constipation after unilateral total knee replacement. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (n=60) used conventional nursing measures to prevent postoperative abdominal distension and constipation. In the observation group(n=60), comprehensive nursing interventions including Chinese medicine hot election bag, constipation massage therapy combined with acupoint application were carried out. The incidence of postoperative constipation was s compared between the two groups, and the degree of postoperative abdominal distension was measured. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of constipation at 24 hours after operation between the two groups (P＞0. 05). The incidence of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 48 h, 72h and the 7 days after operation, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). A lower degree of abdominal distension was reported in the observation group than that of the control group at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 7 days after surgery, with statistical significance(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The combined application of TCM comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively relieve abdominal distention and reduce the incidence of constipation in patients after unilateral total knee replacement, and promote early postoperative defecation. (目的 探讨中医综合护理干预预防单侧全膝关节置换术后腹胀和便秘的效果。方法 单侧全膝关节置换术患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组, 各60例。对照组采用常规方法预防术后腹胀和便秘, 观察组在常规护理基础上增加中医综合护理干预, 包括中药热奄包、便秘推拿治疗联合穴位贴敷。记录两组术后便秘发生情况, 评价两组术后腹胀程度。结果 两组患者术后24 h便秘发生率比较, 差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05); 术后48 h、72 h及术后第7天, 便秘发生率观察组均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。术后24 h、48 h、72 h及术后第7天腹胀程度评价结显示, 观察组较对照组轻微, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中医综合护理能有效缓解单侧全膝关节置换手术患者术后腹胀程度, 降低术后便秘发生率, 促进患者术后早期排便。)

目的 研究中医综合护理对颈椎病临床疗效的影响。方法 选取60例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察 组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施积极的中医综合护理,比较2组的临床疗效。结果 观 察组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意率为96.7%,显著高于对照 组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对颈椎病患者实施中医综合护理干预可显著提高临床疗效和护理满意度,值 得临床推广。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To systematically evaluate the alleviating effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）comprehensive nursing care on anorectal postoperative pain. Methods The studies on TCM comprehensive nursing care on alleviating anorectal postoperative pain were retrieved from the databases of CNKI，Wangfang，VIP，PubMed，Elsevier，Springer and Cochrane Library. The literature retrieval time was from their establishment to March 11，2017. The literature screening and key information extraction were performed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The meta analysis was conducted by using the Rev Man 5.3 software. The evidence quality of included literatures was evaluated. The control group received the routine nursing care and potassium permanganate hip bath，while on this basis the study group was given the TCM comprehensive nursing care，including ear hole planted seeds，fumigation，washing and hip bath with TCM drugs，differentiation catering， massage（main abdomen），attacking a vital point，scraping therapy，acupoint application，TCM health education，emotion care，etc. Results Twelve articles were included，involving 1 626 patients. The pain VAS score after 4，8，24 h by TCM comprehensive nursing care in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant [standardized mean deviation（SMD）=-0.87，95% confidence interval（95%CI）=-1.34 - -0.40，-2.15 - -0.77，-1.86 - -1.25，Z= 3.62，4.17，10.02，P<0.05]；the clinical effective rate was significantly better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant [odds ratio（OR）=5.54，95%CI=3.74-8.18，Z=8.58，P<0.05]；the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant [mean deviation（MD）=-4.61，95%CI=-5.91- -3.30，Z=6.93，P<0.05]. Conclusion TCM comprehensive nursing care can relieve postoperative pain in the patients with anorectal disease，its effective rate is better than that of conventional nursing care，moreover can shorten the wound healing time. To summarize nursing management for a patient with ischemic stroke combined with constipation of Qi-deficiency type and melanosis coli treated by acupoint massage. Based on the comprehensive nursing risk assessment, the two-stage acupoint massage was carried out to relieve the pain and tonify QI-deficiency of the patient. Comprehensive nursing interventions on daily living behavior, dietary and mental health were applied to improve the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis and relive the constipation of Qi-deficiency type. (本文总结1例缺血性中风后合并气虚便秘及结肠黑变病患者采用经穴便秘推拿的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估, 基于中医辨证, 采取治标解痛和治本补虚两阶段经穴推拿, 并配合生活护理、饮食调护、情志干预等中医综合护理, 有效促进患者肠蠕动, 改善患者便秘症状。)

This paper summarize the key points of acupoint massage treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for a patient with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke. For patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke, the degree of Qi-deficiency should be evaluated before treatment. In addition to the application of general therapy, deficiency-supplementing treatment combined with TCM nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke. (本文总结1例中风后气虚便秘患者经穴推拿治疗与中医护理要点。针对中风后气虚便秘患者, 在治疗前要先评估患者气虚的程度, 治疗中除了需应用通法外还应注意给予补法进行补虚治疗, 配合中医综合护理措施可有效改善患者临床症状并加速康复。)
