Background/Objectives: Our research introduces a novel screening method to identify antibodies that can suppress cell proliferation and induce apoptosis. Methods: By using an autocrine signaling system with lentivirus, we developed an antibody screening method based on FACS sorting assays and cell cycle analysis to inhibit tumor growth in vitro. This approach is particularly well suited for studying tumor suppressors. Inducing the G0 phase in tumor cells with specific antibodies may arrest their growth permanently or trigger apoptosis. The cell cycle is composed of tightly regulated phases for cell growth and division, with tumorigenesis or apoptosis occurring when these regulatory mechanisms fail. Results: In our study, we identified RACK1 as a key regulator of cancer cell growth. The H9 antibody against RACK1 selected from a human antibody library effectively suppressed cell proliferation by inhibiting RACK1 function. Conclusions: These findings suggest that RACK1 plays a crucial role in tumor cell cycling and could represent a novel therapeutic target for cancer treatment. Although RACK1 is recognized as a significant target protein in various tumors, no commercial therapeutic agents currently exist. Proteasome inhibition emerges as a promising strategy for cancer prevention. PNO1, pivotal for colorectal cancer (CRC) progression, is involved in proteasome assembly in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Hence, we aimed to explore the role of PNO1 in proteasome assembly and its up- and down-streams in CRC. Here, we demonstrated that PNO1 knockdown suppressed CRC cells growth, proteasome activities and assembly, as well as CDKN1B/p27Kip1 (p27) degradation. Moreover, p27 knockdown partially attenuated the inhibition of HCT116 cells growth by PNO1 knockdown. The up-stream studies of PNO1 identified miR-326 as a candidate miRNA directly targeting to CDS-region of PNO1 and its overexpression significantly down-regulated PNO1 protein expression, resulting in suppression of cell growth, decrease of proteasome activities and assembly, as well as increasing the stability of p27 in CRC cells. AbstractIsoquercitrin possesses anti-tumor activity in several types of cancers, however, its effects and underlying mechanisms on lung cancer have not been reported. Human lung cancer cell lines as well as normal lung epithelial BEAS-2B cells were treated with isoquercitrin. The influences of isoquercitrin in vitro were evaluated by determining cell viability, apoptosis, pyroptosis, and ferroptosis. Additionally, A549 tumor-bearing mice were generated to explore the anti-cancer effect of isoquercitrin in vivo. We found that isoquercitrin dose-dependently reduced lung cancer cells’ viability, with no toxicity against BEAS-2B cells. Isoquercitrin at 40 μM and 80 μM was used in vitro. Isoquercitrin increased apoptosis, elevated NLRP3 inflammasome activation-mediated pyroptosis, and promoted ferroptosis in lung cancer cells. NLRP3 knockdown and caspase-1 selective inhibitor VX-765 attenuated isoquercitrin-induced pyroptosis and ferroptosis, but not apoptosis. Furthermore, isoquercitrin accelerated ROS generation, while ROS inhibitor N-acetylcysteine abrogated isoquercitrin-induced apoptosis, NLRP3 related-pyroptosis and ferroptosis. In vivo, isoquercitrin (1 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg) inhibited tumor growth, increased apoptosis, NLRP3-related pyroptosis, ferroptosis and ROS generation in tumors. Taken together, isoquercitrin inhibits lung cancer growth by triggering ROS/NLRP3-mediated pyroptosis and ferroptosis, with ROS also directly inducing apoptosis. Background: Liver cancer (LC) is among the deadliest cancers worldwide, with existing treatments showing limited efficacy. This study aimed to elucidate the role and underlying mechanisms of pyrroline‐5‐carboxylate reductase 1 (PYCR1) as a potential therapeutic target in LC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to analyse the expression of PYCR1 in LC cells and tissues. EdU assays, colony‐forming assays, scratch wound healing assays, Transwell assays, nude mouse xenograft models and nude mouse lung metastasis models were used to detect the growth and metastasis abilities of LC cells. Transcriptome sequencing was used to search for downstream target genes regulated by PYCR1, and metabolomics was used to identify the downstream metabolites regulated by PYCR1. ChIP assays were used to analyse the enrichment of H3K18 lactylation in the IRS1 promoter region. Results: We found that the expression of PYCR1 was significantly increased in HCC and that this high expression was associated with poor prognosis in HCC patients. Knockout or inhibition of PYCR1 inhibited HCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion both in vivo and in vitro. In addition, we revealed that knocking out or inhibiting PYCR1 could inhibit glycolysis in HCC cells and reduce H3K18 lactylation of the IRS1 histone, thereby inhibiting IRS1 expression. Conclusions: Our findings identify PYCR1 as a pivotal regulator of LC progression that influences tumour cell metabolism and gene expression. By demonstrating the potential of targeting PYCR1 to inhibit LC cell proliferation and metastasis, this study identified PYCR1 as a promising therapeutic target for LC. LAH, an acetogenin from the Annonaceae family, has demonstrated antitumor activity in several cancer cell lines and in vivo models, where it reduced the tumor size and induced programmed cell death. We focused on the effects of LAH on mitochondrial dynamics, mTOR signaling, autophagy, and apoptosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells to explore its anticancer potential. Methods: CRC cells were treated with LAH, and its effects on mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis were measured using Seahorse XF technology. The changes in mitochondrial dynamics were observed through fluorescent imaging, while Western blot analysis was used to examine key autophagy and apoptosis markers. Results: LAH significantly inhibited mitochondrial complex I activity, inducing ATP depletion and a compensatory increase in glycolysis. This disruption caused mitochondrial fragmentation, a trigger for autophagy, as shown by increased LC3-II expression and mTOR suppression. Apoptosis was also confirmed through the cleavage of caspase-3, contributing to reduced cancer cell viability. Conclusions: LAH's anticancer effects in CRC cells are driven by its disruption of mitochondrial function, triggering both autophagy and apoptosis. This study proposes a novel therapeutic strategy for cancer management by combining the antitumor effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and inhibition of carbonic anhydrases (CAs; EC 4.2.1.1), specifically isoforms IV, IX, and XII. H2S has demonstrated cytotoxicity against various cancers at high concentrations. The inhibition of tumor-associated CAs leads to lethal intracellular alkalinization and acidification of the extracellular tumor microenvironment and restores tumor responsiveness to the immune system, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. The study proposes H2S donor–CA inhibitor (CAI) hybrids for tumor management. These compounds effectively inhibit the target CAs, release H2S consistently, and exhibit potent antitumor effects against MDA-MB-231, HCT-116, and A549 cancer cell lines. Notably, some compounds display high cytotoxicity across all investigated cell lines. Derivative 30 shows a 2-fold increase in cytotoxicity (0.93 ± 0.02 µM) under chemically induced hypoxia in HCT-116 cells. These compounds also disturb the cell cycle, leading to a reduction in cell populations in G0/G1 and S phases, with a notable increase in G2/M and Sub-G1. This disruption is correlated with induced apoptosis, with fold increases of 37.2, 24.5, and 32.9 against HCT-116 cells and 14.2, 13.1, and 19.9 against A549 cells compared to untreated cells. Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most lethal malignancies due to its aggressive nature and resistance to conventional therapies. This study investigates the anti-proliferative, pro-apoptotic, and anti-migratory effects of Gemcitabine (GC) and Withaferin A (WFA) on pancreatic cancer cell lines PANC-1 and Hs766t. The MTS assay revealed that both compounds effectively inhibit cell proliferation, with WFA showing a stronger effect in Hs766t cells. Flow cytometry analysis demonstrated that GC and WFA, particularly in combination, significantly induce apoptosis in both cell lines. Migration assays confirmed the potent inhibition of cell migration by both compounds, with the combination treatment being the most effective. Furthermore, actin cytoskeleton analysis indicated substantial changes in cell morphology and stiffness, suggesting that GC and WFA disrupt the structural integrity of cancer cells. Additionally, the study highlights a ROS-mediated mechanism underlying the effects of GC and WFA, as evidenced by increased ROS levels following treatment, which were attenuated by N-acetylcysteine. Importantly, NF-κB activity was significantly modulated, with WFA reducing NF-κB activation induced by GC, potentially contributing to the synergistic pro-apoptotic effect of the combination. These findings suggest that the combination of GC and WFA may offer a synergistic therapeutic approach for treating pancreatic cancer by targeting multiple aspects of tumor cell behavior. Aims: Drug resistance in ovarian cancer (OC) cells often leads to recurrence, metastasis, and high mortality rates among OC patients. Hydroxytyrosol (HT) has been reported to inhibit the proliferation of ovarian and other types of cancer cells. Here we synthesized a novel cyclohexane-hydroxytyrosol derivative (Chx-HT) for enhanced anticaner efficacy. We examined the growth-suppressing effect of Chx-HT on OC cells in vitro and in a xenograft mouse model and investigated the underlying mechanism. Results: We demonstrated that Chx-HT inhibits proliferation, promotes apoptosis, and remodels glucose and lipid metabolism by reducing fatty acid β-oxidation while increasing glycolysis, de novo fatty acid synthesis (FAS), and lipid droplet (LD) accumulation, impairs mitochondrial respiration, and induces oxidative stress both in vitro and in vivo. In addition, Chx-HT blocks autophagic flux by obstructing the maturation of lysosomal cathepsins in the late stage, but also activates autophagy through the p-AMPK/p-mTOR/p-ULK1 pathway in response to energy deficit. Innovation and Conclusion: Reactive oxidative species (ROS) play a critical role in mediating the effects of Chx-HT on proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, fatty acid β-oxidation, and mitochondrial respiration, and the autophagic activation underlies the effects of Chx-HT on glycolysis, de novo FAS, and LD accumulation in OC cells. Cotreating OC cells with Chx-HT and autophagic inhibitor or glycolytic inhibitor results in an additive inhibition of proliferation. Aims: This research was aimed at investigating the effects of hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α)-mediated DNA methylation enzymes (ten-eleven translocase-2 [TET2] and DNA methyltransferase-3a [DNMT3a]) under hypoxic conditions on S100A6 transcription, thereby promoting the growth and metastasis of lung cancer cells. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α or S100A6 in lung cancer cells was interfered with under normoxic and hypoxic conditions, and the cell proliferative, migratory, and invasive properties were assessed. The mechanism of HIF-1α-regulated TET2 and DNMT3 effects on S100A6 transcription under hypoxic conditions was further investigated. Results: Functionally, S100A6 over-expression promoted lung cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. S100A6 over-expression reversed the inhibitory effects of HIF-1α interference on the proliferation and metastasis of lung cancer cells. S100A6 was induced to express in an HIF-1α-dependent manner under hypoxic conditions, and silencing S100A6 or HIF-1α suppressed lung cancer cell proliferation and metastasis under hypoxic conditions. Further, The Cancer Genome Atlas-lung adenocarcinoma database analysis revealed that S100A6 mRNA levels had a negative correlation with methylation levels. Mechanistically, CpG hypomethylation status in the S100A6 promoter hypoxia response element had an association with HIF-1α induction. TET2 was enriched in S100A6 promoter region of lung cancer cells under hypoxic conditions, whereas DNMT3a enrichment was reduced in S100A6 promoter region. HIF-1α-mediated S100A6 activation was linked to DNMT3a-associated epigenetic inactivation and TET2 activation. Innovation: The activation of HIF-1α-mediated DNA methylation enzymes under hypoxic conditions regulated S100A6 transcription, thereby promoting lung cancer cell growth and metastasis. The efficacy of treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients is still unsatisfactory, and there is an ongoing search for novel therapies. Locoregionally advanced HNSCC cases, which frequently require combined surgery and chemoradiotherapy, are especially difficult to treat. Natural compounds, like Magnolia-derived lignans—honokiol (HON) and magnolol (MAG)—can reduce cancer cell growth but retain a good safety profile and thus may show benefit as adjuvant therapeutics. The aim of this study was to evaluate the anti-cancer effects of HON and MAG in HNSCC cell lines and compare their effects between cisplatin-sensitive and cisplatin-tolerant cells. Cell viability was evaluated in FaDu and SCC-040 cells growing as monolayers and as spheroids. The effect of HON and MAG on the cell cycle, apoptosis, and gene expression was compared between wild-type FaDu cells and cisplatin persister FaDu cells. We observed that HON and MAG were more potent in reducing cell viability in cisplatin persister FaDu cells, although this effect was not directly followed by increased rates of apoptosis. Thus, HON’s and MAG’s capacity to affect cisplatin persister cells needs further studies. In general, we observed that HON exerted stronger cytotoxic effects than MAG in HNSCC cells, and the difference in their anti-cancer activity was especially pronounced in cells cultured in 3D.

Abstract Exploring novel targets for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains of utmost importance. This study focused on ORC6 (origin recognition complex subunit 6), investigating its expression and functional significance within NSCLC. Analysis of the TCGA-lung adenocarcinoma database revealed a notable increase in ORC6 expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, correlating with reduced overall survival, advanced disease stages, and other key clinical parameters. Additionally, in patients undergoing surgical resection of NSCLC at a local hospital, ORC6 mRNA and protein levels were elevated in NSCLC tissues while remaining low in adjacent normal tissues. Comprehensive bioinformatics analyses across various cancers suggested that ORC6 might play a significant role in crucial cellular processes, such as mitosis, DNA synthesis and repair, and cell cycle progression. Knocking down ORC6 using virus-delivered shRNA in different NSCLC cells, both primary and immortalized, resulted in a significant hindrance to cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, migration and invasion, accompanied by caspase-apoptosis activation. Similarly, employing CRISPR-sgRNA for ORC6 knockout (KO) exhibited significant anti-NSCLC cell activity. Conversely, increasing ORC6 levels using a viral construct augmented cell proliferation and migration. Silencing or knockout of ORC6 in primary NSCLC cells led to reduced expression of several key cyclins, including Cyclin A2, Cyclin B1, and Cyclin D1, whereas their levels increased in NSCLC cells overexpressing ORC6. In vivo experiments demonstrated that intratumoral injection of ORC6 shRNA adeno-associated virus markedly suppressed the growth of primary NSCLC cell xenografts. Reduced ORC6 levels, downregulated cyclins, and increased apoptosis were evident in ORC6-silenced NSCLC xenograft tissues. In summary, elevated ORC6 expression promotes NSCLC cell growth.

Abstract This study investigates the potential anti-colorectal cancer (CRC) activity of IMT1, a novel specific inhibitor of mitochondrial RNA polymerase (POLRMT). Single-cell RNA sequencing data reveal that POLRMT is overexpressed in CRC cells. Additionally, elevated POLRMT expression was observed in local CRC tissues and cells, while its expression remained relatively low in colon epithelial tissues and cells. IMT1 significantly inhibited colony formation, cell viability, proliferation, cell cycle progression, and migration in both primary and immortalized CRC cells. Furthermore, IMT1 induced apoptosis and cell death in CRC cells. The inhibition of POLRMT by IMT1 disrupted mitochondrial functions in CRC cells, leading to mitochondrial depolarization, oxidative damage, and decreased ATP levels. Using targeted shRNA to silence POLRMT closely mirrored the effects of IMT1, showing robust anti-CRC cell activity. Crucially, the efficacy of IMT1 was diminished in CRC cells with silenced POLRMT. Contrarily, boosting POLRMT expression externally by a lentiviral construct promoted the proliferation and migration of CRC cells. Importantly, treatment with IMT1 or silencing POLRMT in primary colon cancer cells decreased the phosphorylation of Akt1-S6K1, whereas overexpression of POLRMT had the opposite effect. In nude mice, orally administering IMT1 potently restrained primary colon cancer xenograft growth. IMT1 suppressed POLRMT activity, disrupted mitochondrial function, hindered Akt-mTOR activation, and prompted apoptosis within the xenograft tissues. In addition, IMT1 administration suppressed lung metastasis of primary colon cancer cells in nude mice. These combined results highlight the robust anti-CRC activity of IMT1 by specifically targeting POLRMT.

New half‐sandwich dinuclear arene ruthenium complexes of the general formula [(η6‐p‐cymene)Ru(k2‐S‐arylthiourea)Cl] (1–3) have been synthesized. The structural characterization of the ruthenium complexes has been established using analytical and various spectroscopic techniques. The bidentate coordination of the ligands and pseudo‐octahedral geometry around the ruthenium(II) ion are confirmed by the single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction technique. In vitro antiproliferative activity of the complexes has been studied by MTT (3‐[4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl]‐2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay against lung (A549), breast (MCF‐7), cervical (HeLa), ovarian (A2780) cancer cells, and non‐cancerous NIH‐3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The results show that all the complexes exhibit excellent cytotoxicity towards all the cancer cells, with a low IC50 concentration compared with cisplatin. Further, the mode of cancer cell death has been examined by AO–EB (acridine orange/ethidium bromide), and DAPI (4',6‐diamidino‐2‐phenylindole) staining studies demonstrate the apoptosis‐associated cell morphological changes. Furthermore, the quantitative differentiation of late apoptosis has been elucidated by flow cytometry employing dual staining of Annexin V‐FITC and propidium iodide, which involves the transfer of phosphatidylserine to the external leaflet of the cytoplasmic membrane. Dual-targeting chromatin regulation and DNA damage repair signaling presents a promising avenue for cancer therapy. Applying rational drug design, we synthesized a potent dual-targeting small molecule, SP-1-303. Here, we report SP-1-303 as a class I isoform selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor and an activator of the ataxia-telangiectasia mutated protein (ATM). In vitro enzymatic assays demonstrated selective inhibition of HDAC1 and HDAC3. Cellular growth inhibition studies show that SP-1-303 differentially inhibits growth of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer (ER+ BC) cells with effective growth inhibition concentrations (EC50) for MCF-7 and T47D cells ranging from 0.32 to 0.34 μM, compared to 1.2–2.5 μM for triple negative breast cancer cells, and ~12 μM for normal breast epithelial cells. Western analysis reveals that SP-1-303 decreases estrogen receptor alpha (ER-α) expression and increases p53 protein expression, while inducing the phosphorylation of ATM and its substrates, BRCA1 and p53, in a time-dependent manner in ER+ BC cells. Pharmacokinetic evaluation demonstrates an area under the curve (AUC) of 5227.55 ng/ml × h with an elimination half-life of 1.26 h following intravenous administration in a rat model. Collectively, SP-1-303 emerges as a novel second generation class I (HDAC1 and HDAC3) selective HDAC inhibitor, and ATM activator, capable of modulating ER expression, and inhibiting growth of ER+ BC cells. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignancy with poor prognosis. Shen-Qi-Ling-Bi Decoction (SQLB), a classic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula, was found to exert antitumor effects in CRC. This study aimed to explore the biological functions of SQLB in CRC. Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK-8), wound healing, and transwell invasion assays in vitro were used to evaluate the antitumor effects of SQLB in CRC cells. In addition, ferroptosis in CRC cells was determined by evaluating Fe2+ content and lipid ROS, MDA, and GSH levels. SQLB treatment partially reduced CRC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion; however, a ferroptosis inhibitor, ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1), abolished these effects. In addition, SQLB treatment triggered CRC cell ferroptosis, as evidenced by increased Fe2+, lipid ROS, and MDA levels and decreased GSH levels; conversely, these levels were reversed by Fer-1. Furthermore, SQLB notably suppressed tumor growth in nude mice in vivo. Meanwhile, SQLB decreased phosphorylated PI3K and AKT levels, downregulated Nrf2, GPX4, and SLC7A11 levels, and upregulated ACSL4 levels in CRC cells and in tumor tissues; however, these effects were reversed by Fer-1. Collectively, SQLB inhibited CRC cell proliferation, invasion, and migration by triggering ferroptosis through inactivation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Blocked isocyanate-terminated polyurethane dendrimers of first-generation (G1) to third-generation (G3) build-up with bis-indolyl units were subjected to urethane interchange reaction with 4-hydroxy-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-yloxyl (4-hydroxy TEMPO). The resulting free radical functionalized dendrimers were thoroughly characterized. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR)and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) results confirmed that these radical dendrimers are stable and paramagnetic. The cytotoxic effect of G1–G3 TEMPO-dendrimers was studied comprehensively across various cancer cell lines, encompassing human breast cancer (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231), cervical cancer (SiHa), and lung cancer (A549 and NCI-H460), as well as normal lung epithelial cells (L132). It was observed that these TEMPO-dendrimers exerted cytotoxic effects in all cancer cell lines while demonstrating minimal impact on lung epithelial cells. Notably, MDA-MB-231 displayed heightened susceptibility to the TEMPO-dendrimers. Cell cycle analysis and morphological studies revealed that the TEMPO-dendrimers induced G1 phase cell cycle arrest and cell death specifically in breast cancer cells. Further investigations unveiled that these TEMPO-dendrimers triggered oxidative stress-mediated cell death specifically in breast cancer cells. Multi-zinc finger proteins that contain a KRAB domain are part of the biggest family of transcription factors in mammals. However, the physiological or pathological functions for the majority of them are unknown. Here, we showed that ZFP14 (also known as ZNF531) is a p53 target gene that can be induced upon genotoxic stress in a p53-dependent manner. To determine the function of ZFP14 in mouse and human cancer cell lines, we generated multiple cell lines where ZFP14 was knocked out. We showed that ZFP14-KO inhibits cancer cell growth and migration. We also showed that, as a target of p53, ZFP14, in turn, represses p53 expression and that the knockdown of p53 restores the potential of ZFP14-KO cells to proliferate and migrate. Mechanistically, we found that ZFP14 modulates p53 protein stability by increasing its ubiquitination via associating with and possibly enhancing MDM2/p53 complex integrity through its zinc finger domains. Our findings suggest that the reciprocal regulation of p53 and ZFP14 represents a novel p53-ZFP14 regulatory loop and that ZFP14 plays a role in p53-dependent tumor suppression.

Background/Aims: Incidence of colorectal cancer is rapidly increasing worldwide. Extracellular superoxide dismutase (EcSOD; SOD3) is an antioxidant enzyme. However, SOD3 roles in colorectal cancer progression remain uncertain. Materials and Methods: Superoxide dismutase 3 expression was evaluated, and we analyzed clinical relevance of SOD3 expression in colorectal cancer. Subsequently, SOD3 roles in colorectal cancer progression were detected by gain of function experiments. Changes in subcutaneous tumor and liver nodule size after SOD3 overexpression were examined in nude mice. The expression of proliferation marker Ki67 was assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Supperoxide dismutase 3 was downregulated in colorectal cancer (P < .01). Downregulation of SOD3 was correlated with unfavorable outcomes (P < .05). Superoxide dismutase 3 upregulation limited the proliferative (P < .05), migrative (P < .01) and invasive actions of colorectal cancer cells (P < .01) by suppressing epithelial–mesenchymal transition. Moreover, SOD3 overexpression reduced Ki67 expression (P < .01) and blocked tumor growth (P < .01) and liver metastasis (P < .001) in mouse tumor model. Conclusion: Superoxide dismutase 3 upregulation attenuates tumor growth and liver metastasis in colorectal cancer, suggesting that SOD3 has potential diagnostic and prognostic values regarding colorectal cancer treatment.

Colon cancer (CC) ranks among the most common malignant tumors globally. Providing theoretical support is essential to controlling CC and improving patients’ prognoses. Beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 3 (B3GNT3), a protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the B3GNT family, affects multiple tumors. However, B3GNT3 remains largely unknown in terms of its role and mechanism in CC development and metastasis. This study explored B3GNT3’s effect on CC progression. We revealed that B3GNT3 is highly expressed in human CC tissues. B3GNT3 depletion suppressed CC cell growth. Knocking down B3GNT3 restrained CC cells’ motility. Mechanically, B3GNT3 knockdown blocks the nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) pathway in CC cells. In summary, B3GNT3 depletion restrained CC cells’ growth and motility by targeting NF-κB pathway. As a potential target for CC, B3GNT3 appears promising.
