Abstract: DEFINITION: Gamblers Anonymous is a twelve-step recovery program based on Alcoholics Anonymous. There are no requirements for membership other than the desire to stop gambling. The purpose of Gamblers Anonymous is to support personal changes and daily behaviors that lead to a healthy way of living without gambling.
