Abstract
- This paper details the background and substance of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools." It specifies both the contributions and limitations of the regulations for the sound development of such schools. At a time when international cooperation in running schools is intensifying, China needs to adjust policies on the issue and regulate cooperative school management to achieve sustainable and sound educational development and pave the way for China's ascension as a prosperous and powerful nation.
