Abstract

Examines the extent to which school counselors' ethnic tolerance attitudes and racism attitudes were predictive of their multicultural case conceptualization ability. Results revealed that higher ethnic tolerance attitudes were associated with greater multicultural case conceptualization ability, while higher racism attitudes were related to lower multicultural case conceptualization ability.
