The Employability Skills Discourse: A Conceptual Analysis of the Career and Personal Planning Curriculum.

States that British Columbia's Career and Personal Planning curriculum commits two fundamental mistakes in its classification of employability skills by: incorrectly conflating distinct categories of concepts under the general rubric of generic skills; and categorizing attitudes, values, and dispositions as skills.
