Abstract
- Rapid change and information overload are forcing educational administration professors to stress skills in mixed scanning and visioning. Professors must teach students to be visionary individuals who possess the capacity to care deeply for others; the ability to communicate a clear message in simple, persuasive language; and the commitment to persist under the most difficult circumstances.
