Modest Proposals to Improve and Preserve the Law School Accreditation Process.

A recent consent decree of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Justice Department over possible antitrust violations in law school accreditation contains provisions that would alter the governance process of the ABA's Section of Legal Education. It is argued that these provisions are inappropriate in the consent decree and remove governance issues from needed debate. (MSE)
