Abstract

Liberal arts colleges often fail to educate students for the work force. Hazards that justify serious concern about liberal arts students are baby boomer saturation of the job market, the rise of mass education, graduates' lack of specific business skills and work experience, and the shrinking corporate and public service sector. Offers suggestions on better preparing graduates for the working world. (JPS)
