Abstract
- Explores the attitudes of older (Australian) female education workers toward continuing to work or retiring early. Little interest was shown in early retirement, partly because it was not an attractive financial option and partly because of strong commitment to continued workforce participation. Shows how former discriminatory practices have disadvantaged women and urges organizations to implement policies that better utilize older workers' talents. (MLH)
