Comparison of Personality Variables and Values among Dental Students, Practitioners, and Faculty.

A study comparing the personality traits and theoretical, economic, aesthetic, social, political, and religious values of dental students, graduates, and faculty found that faculty differed from the other groups in most areas, raising questions about the extent to which faculty serve as role models.
