Abstract
- Examined whether teachers treat students differently according to various charcteristics. Southern white female teachers recommended punishment for a hypothetical student in fighting, stealing, and cheating situations. Results revealed that teachers recommended more severe punishment for males than for females and for white males than for black males. (Author/NRB)
