Abstract
- Examined possible impact of corporate image and the degree of specificity of candidate qualifications, on likelihood of reader response to recruitment advertisement. Data indicated that corporate image of advertiser significantly influenced likelihood of reader response whereas degree of specificity of candidate qualifications did not influence reader response.
