Abstract

Working and learning from home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a national decline in physical activity. This, coupled with excessive sitting from remote learning, can lead to postural complications with negative consequences. This article offers physical educators the tools to educate students on how to assess their posture, strengthen or lengthen key muscle groups, and perform appropriate exercises to avoid headaches, back pain, and spinal degeneration. A workout routine along with supporting photos and illustrations are included.
