Abstract

This document presents statistical information on earned degrees in the United States from 1991-2000 based on race and ethnicity data obtained from two surveys, bachelor's and master's degree data from the U.S. Department of Education's Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Completions Survey and doctoral degree data from the Survey of Earned Doctorates (SED). Contents include general notes, technical notes, detailed statistical tables, and program classifications. (YDS)
