Readiness for an Effective Dissemination Program. Final Report, July 1976 through December 1977.

This final report describes a coordinated dissemination program that was developed to help provide educational information to the teaching personnel of the Puerto Rico Department of Education. Objectives, problems, accomplishments, and recommendations are included; appendices provide the program's budget, the questionnaire used to assess the needs for educational information dissemination, tables of minimal competencies in areas of critical underachievement (for fourth and seventh grades of the Barranquitas School District), summaries of Title III validated projects, summaries of documents, and a list of documents collected in the dissemination center.
