The Critical Juncture: Educational and Vocational Intensions of Grade 12 Students in Ontario. Preliminary Survey.

A random survey of 2,951 grade 12 students in Ontario was conducted to ascertain student characteristics relative to their educational and vocational plans. A total of 2,555 usable questionnaires were collected, coded, and processed. The report concludes that educational and vocational plans of students depend primarily on their social origin, their present experience, and their preparedness with respect to the future.
