Abstract
- These papers were presented at a series of conferences on language and cultural differences organized by the Texas Education Agency to help school administrators deal with bilingual education, racial integration, and implementation of court orders. The papers address five areas of concern: the concept and definition of culture, culture and the arts, culture and educational aptitude, culture and language, and culture and social institutions.
