The Strike Manual.

This manual examines the various aspects and effects of a teachers' strike for the purpose of providing school administrators with background material and suggested methods for building a strike contingency plan. It does not describe a specific plan but rather is intended to serve as a guide to help administrators develop a strike plan for their own district. Separate sections of the manual are devoted to discussions of legal considerations, communications during a strike, prestrike planning at the district level, planning at the building level, and ending a strike.
