People: Annotated Multiethnic Bibliography K-12.

This annotated bibliography has been compiled to assist personnel in the selection of multiethnic media for schools. The bibliography includes sections entitled "Asian Americans,""Jewish Americans,""Mexican Americans,""Native Americans,""Puerto Rican Americans,""Other Hyphenated Americans," and "All Americans (Multiethnic)." The entries for the major ethnic groups are listed alphabetically under the following basic headings: Heritage; In America; Art, Literature, Music, Customs; Biography, Fiction, Sources, and Resources. The entries are annotated except in cases where the title is self-explanatory, and addresses are listed for publishers which are not readily found. Nonprint media is marked by an asterisk for easy identification, and a grade level is indicated at the end of each entry with the exception of source and resource material. (Author/RB)
