Abstract

In this paper, the high-temperature constitutive behaviour of an additively manufactured ductile nickel-based superalloy is investigated and modelled, with application to thermomechanical fatigue, low-cycle fatigue and creep conditions at temperatures up to <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/582cccc5-37d3-45cd-8272-f906ef766b81/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0001.gif"}" />800∘800∘C. Thermomechanical fatigue tests have been performed on smooth specimens in both in-phase and out-of-phase conditions at a temperature range of <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/055b075e-1cc1-499a-abf4-2e9fedbe8c58/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0002.gif"}" />100−800∘100−800∘C, and creep tests at <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/962c8402-1382-460f-97d3-c5af5d5fa558/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0003.gif"}" />625∘625∘C, <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/ad611ae6-d322-471f-b28e-4d9916f213ce/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0004.gif"}" />700∘700∘C, <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/75f8cbcf-f012-455f-9eb1-59a6db6f1344/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0005.gif"}" />750∘750∘C and <img src="//liu.diva-portal.org:0" data-formula-source="{"type":"image","src":"/cms/asset/7c36d7b1-02b7-4df7-b813-8969bde73f1c/ymht_a_2336279_ilm0006.gif"}" />800∘800∘C.
