Tester pro lithiové články

Práce se zabývá testováním stavu lithiových baterií, jejich stárnutím a ověřováním výrobcem uváděných parametrů. Na základě komerčních řešení testerů lithiových baterií je navržen a zhotoven vlastní obvod, jež ověřuje parametry měřených baterií. Součástí návrhu jsou potřebné moduly, součástky, komponenty a popis problematiky měření lithiových článků. Navržený tester umožňuje přenesení naměřených dat do počítače pro následné zpracování a interpretaci. Aktuální potřebné informace zobrazuje na displeji v reálném čase. Srovnáním s laboratorním testerem je stanovena přesnost vlastního přístroje.
The thesis deals with testing the state of lithium batteries, their aging, and verifying manufacturer-specified parameters. Based on commercial solutions for lithium battery testers, a custom circuit is designed and fabricated to verify the parameters of the measured batteries. The design includes necessary modules, components, and a description of the issues related to measuring lithium cells. The proposed tester allows for transferring measured data to a computer for subsequent processing and interpretation. Current necessary information is displayed in real-time on the screen. By comparing with a laboratory tester, the accuracy of the custom device is determined.
