The photographic reproduction of certain finds in the Old College grounds or nearby. On the left and centre are two stone tablets with crude representations of female figures. On the right is a Hindu (not Buddhist) head in terracotta. Archaeologists assign the stone tablets to the eighth or tenth century A.D., and burnt-clay head to the third century A.D. The latter, we have reason to believe, is the oldest find made so far in Lahore. after page 2; The Late Mr R. P. Shouri; G. M.
