In contrary to known algorithms based on matrices with RIP-property our algorithm exploits properties of so-called separating codes. Moreover the new algorithm has less complexity that previously known and possess some useful properties, not valid for other known algorithms.<br />Peer Reviewed<br />Postprint (published version)
