Obrábění součásti pro stator elektromotoru

Bakalářská práce předkládá návrh technologie výroby součásti pro stator elektromotoru obráběním. Nejprve byl proveden rozbor vyráběné součásti a montážního celku. Déle bylo provedeno srovnání metod výroby polotovaru, ze kterých bylo vybráno dělení laserem. Součástí bakalářské práce je vypracování technologického postupu, včetně výběru strojů a seznamu nástrojů a měřidel. Nakonec bylo provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, ze kterého plyne čas na výrobu jedné součásti a cena vyráběné série.
This bachelor thesis presents a proposal for the production technology of a component for a stator of an electric motor using machining. First, an analysis of the manufactured component and the assembly unit was conducted. Subsequently, a comparison of semi-finished product manufacturing methods was performed, where laser cutting was chosen. The bachelor thesis includes the development of a technological procedure, including the selection of machines, a list of tools, and measuring instruments. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation was carried out, from which the time to produce one part and the cost of the series produced were derived.
