Návrh projektu vývoje a implementace informačního systému do vybrané firmy

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat návrh projektu vývoje a implementace informačního systému do vybrané firmy XYZ. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické zkoumání problematické oblasti a seznamování s možnými technikami a metodikami projektového řízení. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu vybrané firmy, a tím představuje podklad pro vypracování praktické části. Třetí část bakalářské práce, která představuje praktickou část, je zaměřena na vypracování samotného projektového návrhu implementace informačního systému na základě analýzy firmy, a to pomocí vybraných technik a metod projektového řízení.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a project proposal for the development and implementation of an information system in a selected company XYZ. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical study of the problem area and introduction to possible project management techniques and methodologies. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the selected company and, therefore, serves as the basis for the development of the practical part. The third part of the bachelor's thesis, which represents the practical part, deals with the development of the actual project proposal for the implementation of the information system based on the analysis of the company, using the selected project management techniques and methodologies.
