Podnikatelský plán - Caffe Bar Cézar

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu, ktorý bude slúžiť ako podklad pre založenie spoločnosti. Bakalárska práca ma tri časti, teoretické východiská práce, analýza súčasného stavu a vlastné návrhy riešení. V časti teoretické východiská sa budem zaoberať štruktúrou podnikateľského plánu a plánovaním. Analýza súčasného stavu obsahuje analýzu slabých stránok konkurencie, SWOT analýzu, 7S McKinsey analýzu a analýzu rizík. V návrhovej časti sú vypracované jednotlivé body štruktúry podnikateľského plánu.
The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to create a business plan, that will be used as a base for setting up a company. Bachelor thesis consists of three parts, the theoretical base of work, analysis of the current situation and my own proposals for solutions. In the theoretical part I will discuss the structure of the business plan and planning. The analysis of the current situation contains the analysis of competitors weaknesses, SWOT analysis, McKinsey analysis and risk analysis. In the proposal part there are individual points of the structure of the business plan.
