Návrh a testování horizontálního fotobioreaktoru

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kultivace mikrořas a stavbou testovacího zařízení. První oddíl je zaměřen na fototrofní kultivaci mikrořas včetně konstrukčních řešení fotobioreaktorů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rešerši v oblasti využití mikrořas spolu s technologiemi záchytu oxidu uhličitého. Třetí část se zaobírá konstrukcí a sestavením horizontálního trubkového fotobioreaktoru. V posledním oddíle je popsáno měření kultivačních podmínek a samotné testování fotobioreaktoru.
The master’s thesis deals with a microalgae cultivation and construction of the test unit. The first section focuses on phototrophic cultivation of microalgae including design solutions of photobioreactors. The second section is devoted to research on the use of microalgae along with Carbon Capture technologies. The third part deals with the design and assembly of the horizontal tubular photobioreactor. The last section describes the measurement of the cultivation conditions and testing of the photobioreactor.
