Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení informačního výrobního systému firmy a následným návrhem jeho zlepšení. V úvodní části jsou teoreticky popsány pojmy související s tímto tématem. Na teoretickou část navazuje část analytická zaměřená na analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti a analýzu jejího výrobního informačního systému, kde je zhodnocena jeho celková efektivnost a bezpečnost. Výstupem poznatků z analytické části je návrh změny vedoucí k řešení zjištěných nedostatků, který je popsán v závěrečné části této práce.
The thesis focuses on assessing the information production system of a company and proposing improvements. The theoretical part describes the concepts related to this topic. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section focused on analyzing the external and internal environment of the company and its production information system, evaluating its overall effectiveness and security. Based on the findings from the analytical section, a proposal for addressing identified deficiencies is presented in the final section of the thesis.
