Projekt dopravního konceptu ve výrobním podniku

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zavedení projektu centrálního řízení dopravy po materiálové i informační stránce. Nejdříve je představen současný koncept a poté jsou určeny možné přínosy plánované centralizace dopravních služeb. Hlavním cílem je nejen posouzení nákladového hlediska projektu, ale i mimoekonomických výhod nového systému.
This diploma thesis deals with a new central way of the transport management, it's focused on its material and informative aspects. At the beginning the actual concept is presented. Afterwards the possible contributions of the centralization are determined. The main aim of thesis is the calculation of project savings as well as the evaluation of non economic benefits.
