Firma değerleme yöntemleri ve bir Borsa İstanbul uygulaması

Bu yüksek lisans tezinin amacı, günümüzde finans sektöründe en önemli konulardan biri olarak görülen firma değerleme yöntemlerini incelemek ve incelenen bu yöntemlerden uygun olanlarını Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören bir firma üzerinde uygulamaktır. Ekonomilerde bir varlığın değerini belirlemek sık tartışılan konulardan birisidir. Çünkü değerleme çalışmalarında kusursuz bir sonuç bulmak mümkün değildir. Her bir yöntem kendi içerisindeki bazı özelliklerinden dolayı birtakım kişisel tahminleri içermekte veya piyasaların günlük hareketlerinden etkilenmektedir. Dolayısıyla değerleme çalışması yapan farklı kişi veya kurumların, kendi varsayımları ve uygulamaları neticesinde farklı sonuçlar elde etmesi olasıdır. Bu sebeple önemli olan, uygulanan yöntemlerin sağlam temellere oturtulması ve olabildiğince objektif bir bakış açısına sahip olmaktır. Değer kavramının oluşumu, değerlemenin nitelikleri ve firma değerleme yöntemleri genel hatlarıyla incelendikten sonra, belirlenen firma üzerinde, firmanın bulunduğu sektörün analizinden başlayarak, değerleme uygulamasına kadar geçen bir süreç ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar her ne kadar iyi araştırılmış olursa olsun bir tahminden ibarettir ve önemli olanda gerçek hayatta bu tahminlerin gerçekleşme olasılığıdır.
The purpose of this thesis is to survey firm valuation methods seen as one of the most importan tissues today and analysis of these methods with implementing the methods to a company traded on the Borsa Istanbul. To determine the value of an asset isone of the significant topics in the economy.It is quite difficult to find a precise result in valuation process because of its specialities.Each method has its own assumptions and potential results are easily affected by some personal replies or by the daily movements of the market.Therefore, various people or institutions engaged in valuation work have their own assumptions and they meet their valuation goal with different ways,so results are changeable.To be having objective perspective is the key word of the consistent valuation. After the formation of value concept, characteristics and firm valuation methods are examined, some implementations are worked include from the analysis of the industry until the valuation process that is discussed with one popular firm exchanged in Borsa Istanbul. Finally the obtained results from this thesis are just forecast, however the crucial point is to estimate the likelihood of these results realization.
