Approach Paper: Country Program Evaluation: Paraguay 2014-2018

This will be the fourth time that OVE provides an independent look at the Bank’s program with Paraguay. This approach paper spells out the scope and content proposed for the program evaluation for the 2014-2018 period. This evaluation will continue to provide the accountability typical of previous OVE evaluations, but will focus more heavily on how the relationship between the Bank and Paraguay has evolved over time.
