The Federation of Associations of Journalists of Spain has presented allegations to the draft bill on Classified Information, in due time and form, due to its disagreement with the Government in the processing procedure, and the demand for the recognition of Journalism as a support of the right to receive information for citizens, as well as the request for the suppression of the categories of "confidential" and "restricted" when classifying or the punishing fines
La Federación de Asociaciones de Periodistas de España ha presentado alegaciones al anteproyecto de Ley de información Clasificada, en tiempo y forma, debido a su desacuerdo con el Gobierno en el procedimiento de la tramitación, y a la reivindicación del reconocimiento del Periodismo como soporte del derecho a recibir información para los ciudadanos, así como por la solicitud de la supresión de las categorías de catalogación “confidencial” y “restringido” o del régimen sancionador
