Symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and their relationship with anxiety

Abstract
- Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that affects synovial attachments and negatively affects many organs and tissues. Non-inflammatory soft tissue rheumatism of the disorder and the disease. Pain is the most common and regular symptom in both diseases. The purpose of the study is to reveal the crises of pain with FMS and RA and psychiatric diseases such as anxiety or their association. The study included RA and FMS patients according to the 2010 ARA criteria. 50 patients with FMS and 50 patients with RA were included. If anxiety was present for both groups, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAQ) was used for measurements, the Beck Depression Scale and Zung's vulnerability were used to determine the psychological dimensions of the copies, and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to determine the pain intensity. The general care of the patients on a daily basis was examined. The patient and control group were compared to see if there was a significant difference in terms of these measurements.
