Fact Sheet : U.S. Census Bureau Estimates for Age, Vintage 2022 (June 2023)

Each year, the Census Bureau produces population estimates at varying levels of geography. The age, sex, race, and Hispanic origin estimates at the national, state, and county levels are the final release of the 2022 vintage estimate package. Prior releases include national, state, county, metropolitan/micropolitan, and incorporated place (cities and towns) estimates. These releases include annual estimates from July 1, 2021, to July 1, 2022. Two fact sheets detail findings from this expansive, final estimates release: one for race and Hispanic origin and one for age.
