Tony Chen, owner of Tona Sushi, believes that food is magical. The dishes in his restaurant are filled with colors, textures and flavors that seem to capture a whole world on one plate. He fell in love with clean, flavorful food through exploring different cultures, and says that food offered him the opportunity to study culture, fashion, flavors and people.
