Diseño y cálculo de dos naves industriales para la fabricación de maquinaria para la deformación de chapa

El presente trabajo consiste en el diseño y cálculo de dos naves industriales en la que se hará un proceso de fabricación de maquinaria industrial específica para la deformación de chapa (cizallas y plegadoras). Para este proyecto se tiene en cuenta la normativa urbanística del lugar donde se prevé instalar las naves Industriales, junto a un estudio geotécnico del terreno por tal de conocer en profundidad el tipo de suelo en el que se dispondrá la cimentación que soportará el peso y las cargas de la estructura. Se ha realizado la distribución necesaria para la correcta producción de la maquinaria, teniendo en cuenta las zonas de mecanizado, soldadura y montaje tanto eléctrico como mecánico, además, se tiene en cuenta un sector de oficinas con sus departamentos. El proyecto cuenta con los cálculos de las cargas que afectan a las naves y una descripción de toda la estructura con la cimentación, el tipo de material escogido, que en este caso para la estructura es de un tipo de acero muy utilizado en el sector estructural, el dimensionamiento de la estructura teniendo en cuenta la distribución y la normativa, el tipo de pórtico utilizado para resistir las cargas y las placas de anclaje necesarias para anclar la estructura a las zapatas que forman la cimentación. Se ha realizado un estudio de las instalaciones previstas y necesarias para la funcionalidad de las naves, con una descripción detallada y cálculos justificativos. Por último, teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos mediante el programa software CYPE Ingenieros, y una continua investigación de mercado, se proyecta un presupuesto ajustado a los puntos necesarios para una correcta realización de unas naves Industriales de este tipo.
The present work consists of the design and calculation of two industrial warehouses in which a manufacturing process of specific industrial machinery for the deformation of sheet metal (shears and press brakes) will be carried out. For this project, the urban regulations of the place where the industrial warehouses are planned to be installed are considered, along with a geotechnical study of the terrain in order to know in depth the type of soil on which the foundation that will support the weight and the structural loads. The necessary distribution has been made for the correct production of the machinery, considering the machining, welding and assembly areas, both electrical and mechanical, in addition, an office sector with its departments. The project includes calculations of the loads that affect the warehouses and a description of the entire structure with the foundations, the type of material chosen, which in this case for the structure is a type of steel widely used in the structural sector, the sizing of the structure taking into account the distribution and regulations, the type of portico used to resist the loads, the anchor plates necessary to anchor the structure and the profiles to the footings that form the foundations. A study of the foreseen and necessary installations for the functionality of the warehouses has been carried out, with a detailed description and justifying calculations. Finally, considering the results obtained through the CYPE Ingenieros software program, and a continuous market research, a budget adjusted to the necessary points is projected to the points necessary for the correct construction of industrial warehouses of this type.
