PENGARUH SWADAYA MASYARAKAT PADA PROGRAM NASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MANDIRI PERKOTAAN (PNPM-MP) TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR JALAN

Society participation toward territory infrastructure was very expected in order to give an income to region government for what definitely society needed to. It began in 2007 government declared the National Program of Society Endeavoring (PNPM) that had a target purpose for prosperity and urban society autonomy through the facilitators of PNPM Mandiri who were proactive, entering a field and making dialog directly with society. Due to the important role of facilitators of PNPM Mandiri, they were demanded to be sensitive of society response. To increase society response and autonomy in participation of infrastructure development, then PNPM Urban Autonomy particularly Jepara developed an approach or a participatory development methodology for instance PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal. This approach emphasized to the changing of attitude and behavior. By guidance and direction from PNPM Mandiri, society autonomously was able to plan, to execute, and to evaluate infrastructure development in its region. Thus, the involvement of society endeavoring was very necessarily for its development. Not only particular parties, but people could also join in and get the outcome from the development.
